I booked this hotel after reading reviews. All traveler's should pay attention to few important fasts: You need to climb 200m to the hotel in a high sloop road. The car can reach only halfway. it was very hard to climb especially in the heat Only few rooms have air conditioning . I booked two rooms and I didn’t notice that one room was without air conditioning The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast Kipio is a small and quiet village. The main attraction is the old arch bridges . But it’s a good place to stay and travel in zagori

Rodia Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem in the little hamlet of Kipoi - near Vikos Gorge. I can't rave enough. The eight room Inn is great for a getaway. We used it as a base to explore the Vikos Gorge area. The manager (George) is local and knows the area very well. He gave us great recommendations for our (too short) 2 day stay. The inn itself has beautiful rooms, super comfortable beds and one of the best breakfasts we've had in our recent travels. I will warn you - the inn is "up" the hill from the main road but is definitely worth the extra effort.

The story of this hotel is not the hotel itself but its location. You have to be an outstanding athlete to walk hundreds of meters up the hill until you reach the hotel. There is no parking and the road is a long and difficult ascent and almost impossible with luggage. Do yourself a favor and look for a hotel more say.

Had a great stay at this hotel, and in Zagorahoria in general. Reception goes over and above to help book activities, and they even helped me get my bike back to town! Comfortable room located right in town.

The location was perfect, beautiful characteristic hotel in the hills with great views. George was very friendly and a great host. Cosy room and breakfast was really good with a great selection. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed before going hiking in the area. Personal and friendly treatment from the owner, nice rooms (though not spacious) great breakfast. Downsides is that the parking is not close so you must schlep your stuff. And the town streets in this part are very steep, plus stairs at the hotel, so you must be quite fit. The view is worth it.

We had booked 2 nights. We left after the first one despite it being non-refundable. Room was on top floor under room no airconditioning and got really hot at night we couldn’t sleep. There was a portable air-cooling device that was exceptionally loud so no way to sleep with that on either. We spoke to another couple who had same problem.
The hotel is located on top of a very steep hill with a cobble pathway about 150m from the road where you park your car and carry your luggage up.
Breakfast was average, no cooked eggs and cereal tasteless.
The hotel was expensive for where it was and what it was. We found a much bigger hotel in a bigger/busier Zagori village for the same amount.
The village Koipi was completely deserted while on high season.
The owners were quite friendly and helpful.
This hotel is more suited for back-packers.

Το δωμάτιο πολύ ωραίο και καθαρό. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό με τοπικά προϊόντα που δεν τα χορταίνεις και φυσικά ο ιδιοκτήτης του ο Γιώργος μας έκανε την διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη με τις προτάσεις του και την γενικότερη βοήθεια του. Ευχαριστούμε και θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα!

Απογοητευτικο. Δυστυχώς οι φωτογραφίες από το site του ξενοδοχειου καθώς και από booking κλπ είναι παραπλανητικες. Πρέπει να ανέβετε 200μ ανηφόρα σε κακές συνθήκες δρόμου χωρίς καμία πρόσβαση από αμάξι.Ανθρωποι ακομα με το πιο μικρό θέμα βαδισης είναι αδύνατο να ανέβουν δεν συζητάμε για καρότσια καν. Πράγμα το οποίο τεχνιεντως δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά Δωμάτιο πολύ μικρό χωρίς το μίνι μπαρ που αναφερει για να βαλουμε λιγο νερο και κατι σνακ που είχαμε μαζι όταν το ζητήσαμε μας το εφεραν και ακουγόταν πολύ τη νύχτα.. Μονο ενα παράθυρο που έβλεπε σε τοίχο! και πολύ σκοτεινό ακόμα και το πρωί...οσο για τον εξωτερικό χώρο και το ανυπαρκτο roof garden.....οι φωτογραφίες που παραθέτω μιλάνε από μόνες τους .
