The hotel is very new. The introduction says it was renovated at the end of 2024. During this stay, I was deeply impressed by Xiao Jia, the front desk clerk of the hotel. She is not only intelligent and professional, but also very efficient and approachable in handling issues. The beauty and generosity of the front desk make people feel the warmth and professionalism of the hotel as soon as they enter the door. The security guys are also warm and thoughtful. They pay great attention to the safety and comfort of the guests, making people feel at home. In addition, the hotel's sanitation and cleaning work is also in place. Both public areas and guest rooms maintain extremely high cleanliness standards, making people feel safe and comfortable when staying there. The hotel also provides a rich breakfast, including millet porridge, corn porridge, milk, and about ten dishes to choose from. On the second day of our stay, the central air-conditioning outlet was leaking, so we went out to work. During the cleaning process, the cleaning staff reported the water leakage to the hotel front desk manager, who took the initiative to greet us when we came back and wanted to change our room for customer safety. However, we did not change our room out of a little hope for safety and adjusted the air-conditioning temperature to 26°C. Unlike the previous water accumulation at the 16°C air outlet, there was no water accumulation and the room returned to normal. We also explained the situation to the hotel and expressed our gratitude. Overall, this was a very satisfactory accommodation experience, and every employee of the hotel added a lot of color to this trip.
