The room was large and clean, three rooms, two 1.8-meter beds, one 1.5-meter bed. Two bathrooms, washing machine, refrigerator, central air conditioning. No laundry detergent, hand washed the children's socks, set up the living room railing, and dried it all night. Maybe it is close to the sea, there is a painting style, the wind is not big. The family lives, very good. You can park in the yard, just go out and ask for a ticket. Choosing this one is to see its parking and three rooms, which is cheaper and more convenient than booking three rooms separately. Especially suitable for a family to drive by car.

We checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night. This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out). Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house. Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated. Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you. Our suite was exceptionally well equipped. A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery. (Everything you need, for a long or short stay). The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends. We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised. There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk. The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination. We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it. The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style). The facilities are on international standard. Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay. Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals. We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

Facilities: Although the facilities in the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom have a sense of age, they are quite comfortable; the facilities in the two bathrooms are too old, and some parts are damaged (false ceiling/stone platform/towel rack is rusty), the master bedroom The two shower nozzles will emit water at the same time, it should be that the controller is out of order; the second bedroom should be converted from the original study room, the facilities are very simple and there is dust on the head of the bed, the smell is strong, the sheets are full of balls, very rough, basically unusable, I don't quite understand why the bed sheets that should be eliminated are still in use? Hygiene: So-so, there are stains and dust in many places, probably related to the size of the house, but hygiene is still very important, I hope more attention can be paid to it. Environment: Xiaobailou and Wudao Avenue are nearby, very convenient. Service: The front desk is not bad, but the room service is very slow to answer... Ascott has lived in different cities before, and I have always been satisfied with the comfort of living. This one in Tianjin really needs to be more attentively managed.
