The accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

Very dissatisfied, woke up numerous times in one night. The hotel has very poor soundproofing The neighboring room was particularly uncultured. I entered the room at 10:30 and heard the sound of banging bangs until 1:00. There were also the sounds of electric curtains, talking, flushing toilets, and various door opening and closing sounds. The waiter went over once in the middle, and the guests in other rooms also went over to ask them to be quieter. They could hear it clearly. It is suggested that if the soundproofing is not good, the rooms should be separated if there are guest rooms. If they are all arranged together, I can't sleep well. How can I not give a bad review? Service: The front desk service attitude is very good Environment: The carpet is very dirty, and a small piece of dead skin is found on the bed sheet. I just changed the room at that time. There is also a ** box of supplies in the room, which lowers the grade of the hotel I always thought that Lefeng was pretty good. Tianjin West Station is really average. It is very close to the West Station in a straight line, but you have to drive around it, about 2 kilometers. I will not stay here next time

Nice and clean hotel, very friendly and polite staff. There is a nice bar in the lobby. Very big choice of breakfast for western and eastern style. This is a suite room.

My son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

The service at the front desk is terrible. They don't care about anything other than giving way to members. The only advantage of the hotel is that it has convenient transportation and the bedding is quite comfortable, which is pretty good. The overall price/performance ratio is not high, I don’t recommend it.

Highly recommend the Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel. The hotel is new, room is spacious and clean; the breakfast served in variety choice from cold dishes to hot dishes. The hotel location close to Jing Dong shopping mall and food street; easy to access to the tourist spots too. The staffs are friendly & helpful; especially Ms Zhu Tong Xin, would like to say big thanks to her help during our stay. Big Thumbs up! Will definitely stay in Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel if we visit Tianjin in future.
