Difference! very bad! deceive consumers! The room I booked was marked on the second floor, and I was actually arranged to live in the semi-ba*****t. It was minus 10 degrees outside, the coldest day in Tianjin Binhai this winter, and it was blowing with strong winds, forcing him to accept this unfair treatment. On the page of the room I booked, Jianran Homestay marked the room as 15 square meters, but it was actually less than 8 square meters. There are parking spaces marked, but there are actually no parking spaces, so go find a place to park in the community by yourself. Regarding the pictures on the website, the owner of the homestay admits that they do not have the rooms shown in the pictures. Where did the high rating come from? Such a homestay without integrity!

1.吵。門口的房間，進出人的門簾聲、開關門聲、跺腳上雪的聲音。2.夜裡外面的路燈亮。3.水管的聲音不斷響起，洗手間還是暖氣，估計暖氣。總之，睡不好。還有其它的就不説了。

房間一般服務差，別的酒店正常最晚下午兩點可以走，他竟然12點之後再住，需要交錢一小時20，下午兩點走的，交了40塊錢。希望大家不要踩坑

各種設施都很新的一家民宿！房間乾淨，床墊舒適，窗簾隔光，空調安靜，電視挺大，提供的洗髮沐浴也都香香的。 小區可以免費停車，出門底商有一些小吃店和超市，附近兩個商場有充電樁。 距離趕海地點很近，開車十分鐘左右到東堤，十五分鐘到媽祖園，去海博也是十分鐘左右。 美中不足就是沒有電梯，拎着大包小包爬樓有點不方便，不過不影響本次入住體驗！總得來説就是很滿意！

提前好幾天訂的這家民宿到了店家卻因為沒資質無法入住，既然沒資質為什麼能放在平台裏呢？顧客舟車出行這不是找麻煩嗎？還好最後幫着找了旁邊的如家快捷酒店，感覺不爽😕

非常不錯的一次入住體驗，房間更乾淨，位置離國家海洋館不遠，邊上生活設施非常齊全，吃飯的地方很多，購物也很方便
