Only staff can speak English.
Some furniture have dust. During one of the nights when I stayed, it rained and the street in front of the hotel was flooded. If you use a didi, make sure to locate the main entrance of the hotel as the map will lead you to the side of the hotel.
In general, it’s a good place to stay for sleeping. I really like their bathroom setup.

We were so happy staying here! It was such a delightful surprise. The staff was so kind and the facilities are so beautiful and clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The mattress and pillows are foam (I even checked my pillow so I can order the same one on taobao). The whole room is equipped with baidu's smart speaker to control the AC, curtains, lights, TV, etc. The toilet is smart too and the shower is so nice. The location is so convenient, just across from Joy City and the drum tower subway stop. I was so thankful that they accepted foreigners without batting an eye. And there is also a cat cafe downstairs if you need some kitty time. I can't wait to stay here again the next time we visit!

The services were great. Staff were nice.one came to pick me up when I was struggling at night to locate the hotel. The room was clean and the shower was awesome. Would definitely rebook whenever I go to the city.
