房間性價比非常高，房間挺大的，床睡的也非常舒服，還有辦公桌，大電視，衞生間也很寬敞，洗澡嘎嘎爽，水很大，熱的也快，就是空調有點臟，還有點糊味，對於這個價位，其他確實沒啥可以挑剔的！👍

酒店各方麪條件都挺不錯的，屬於是標準的格林豪泰式房間。
出了地鐵口就能看到酒店的招牌，很好找
酒店旁邊就是一個菜市場，既很方便買吃的，也不會覺得很亂。吃早餐也方便。酒店同一棟樓下的底商還有麥麥、雪王之類的，買東西吃喝很方便

房間很不錯，衞生也很好，整體性非常乾淨。嗯，視野也很好。周圍環境也很好，嗯，還挨着地鐵，交通也非常方便，嗯，有麥當勞，還有必勝客，還有小吃，嗯，有蜜雪冰城，反正這個地方非常好，然後停車是免費的，超滿意

預訂三晚，前兩天無事，最後一天晚七點十五左右，空調漏水嚴重，立即向前台報備，酒店工作人員上來確認確實是設備損壞後，本該愉快結束的旅程戛然而止。我方訴求：換房間或者退房費。酒店服務員：換不了，退不了，空調壞了忍着，漏水給你兩條地巾，自己收拾收拾得了。期間語言何其**，説顧客“沒事找事，沒房間不能給你們蓋一間吧，無理取鬧”。合著我們花錢是為了住進你家的水簾洞來着，花果山的猴王都沒有我們自在，應該再收我們點景區費用，沒另外收錢感激不盡！！
手機當面打開錄音，對方屬豬八戒的慣於倒打一耙，説我們不想解決問題，要給我們調換標準間我們不同意。我方奮起反駁“兩點：1.在樓上樓下對話的二十分鐘內，這是你第一次開口説有房間，在樓上電話裏告訴我們標間都沒有了,而且你們兩人剛剛當著我的麪演了一出沒有房間的戲碼（錄音中存有相關證據）2.晚七點半不讓退費也是貴方強硬提出的觀點，但貴方不履行合同在前，怎麼就成了我們無理取鬧呢？？”最後經過battle，酒店服務人員像趕蒼蠅一樣：“錢退你，你們趕緊走吧。”蔑視的眼神令我難忘，一瞬間令我恍惚彷彿是我錯了，我真是一個***，沒有底線，想騙房子住的無賴......
最後酒店服務人員有沒有受處罰我不清楚，但我們被勒令15分鐘內收拾東西滾蛋，我們沒有達到酒店方要求，整理了一個小時，貴方沒有派保安上樓趕我們走，還是非常有服務態度的，予以表揚！！第二天早上的飛機，就這樣晚八點半漫步在街頭，拖着行李，找酒店，何其浪漫~~
感謝你們給我的這份體驗，我第一次投訴，沒什麼經驗。把攜程，格林豪泰總店，12315都投訴了一遍，後續可能有些重複性工作，萬望海涵。

這次訂房非常不滿意，房間窗户正對走廊，稍微開個窗户都能被人看光，真的很不舒服，拉起窗簾又能感覺有人經過，不舒服的入住體驗，
我不是第一次訂這家酒店了，至少訂過五六次，這次安排的房型令我非常不滿意
