I stayed for 3 nights and not once was my room cleaned. I had to go to front desk two nights in a row to ask for coffee for the next day.

The hotel is nice but they didn’t clean our room the 2nd day. We came back after a long day and had to call to get someone to
bring towels. NEVER buy the breakfast in advance. Both days we tried to have it there was no food available so we asked for our $ back for the 3rd day. Supposedly they gave us credit for it but it hasn’t shown up on our credit card yet.

Property was great. They do have ongoing construction but it’s mostly in the back and out of sight to guests. The only issue I had was the tub didn’t drain and the shower wouldn’t fully turn on, but after making a call to the front desk, the maintenance came and immediately replaced the entire faucet and there were no further problems.

The staff was friendly but could not solve any of the issues that we had. We booked a 2 queen room and we were given a single king room for a reservation of 4, we were given breakfast vouchers to make up for this and told that a roll away bed would be in our room when we arrived, it was not and there were none available when we inquired. They gave us 2 comforters to solve the bed issue….this is not a solution. The tv did not work and they were not able to fix it. The staff was friendly, but not super helpful and we do not feel like we have been compensated for our trouble. We were told to expect more communication from the hotels staff in coming days.
