Rio Stava Family Resort & Spa

3 night stay with family. I have two children, 3 and 6 years old. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, there is a stream that passes near it with a path that takes you directly to Tesero. The room (I had a suite) is very large, comfortable and well distributed. At the entrance there is a door that opens with the badge, a table for four people and a sofa bed placed in front of the flat screen television. A mini terrace completes this first part of the room although due to bad weather I wasn't able to use it much: a wooden staircase takes you to the upper part where there is a large bed, a very large bathroom with tub and shower, a TV corner with sofa and a further terrace. My room was very quiet even though the hotel was full. I found regular and thorough cleaning. I really liked the spa, a little less than the swimming pools as in my opinion they are a little small (especially the heated external part is small). The restaurant is very good and the breakfast is also quite abundant. The kids' club is located on the -1 floor and is quite large and well looked after. The educators/entertainers that I found were fantastic and knew how to best entertain my 2 children. All very nice, I repeat, I will return.

Very positive first experience in a family hotel. Very nice location both inside and out. Surrounded by greenery and Tesero is a beautiful village with all services. Excellent level of staff from reception to the bar to the restaurant. Baby club service available, welcoming and patient (well done Alessia) Clean and well-kept facility, excellent swimming pool and spa, good cuisine for both breakfast/snack and dinner, I would suggest offering more typical local products and dishes.

I stayed with my family at this property the last weekend of September... we had already been to this hotel 5 years ago and it had remained in our hearts so we decided to return. The structure is always excellent, clean and very well looked after, the spa is very large, the only thing that disappointed expectations a bit was the dinner, I would suggest offering more typical local products and dishes, however the quality was good, breakfast and very abundant snacks, the very kind reception staff also gave us the opportunity to stay on the second day by offering us a changing room with showers...if I can give some suggestions to improve even more...a minimum check in the spa area because not everyone always respects the rules, the indication of the name of the buffet dishes and the ingredients so that those who are intolerant know what to eat and what to avoid and lastly most of the dining room staff and even the cleaning ladies do not speak Italian but only English, despite this this structure remains our favorite in Trentino and we will certainly return for the third time!!!

One of the best family hotels we have tried: spacious room, comfortable swimming pool and games rooms and most of all extremely kind and helpful staff. We had a very good time at the restaurant (very good food) and very good staff and at reception they recommended very nice itineraries to do with the children. The location is excellent and the village of Tesero is also cute and has all the useful services. Val di Fiemme is truly beautiful and with the Fiemme Card going up to the lifts with the whole family costs very little.

Everything was great. Rooms nice and clean. Swimming pool and spa area also perfect. In addition, very nice waitresses and waiters who love children and also great service. Also a very nice area and we want to come back. Grace!

Soggiorno piacevolissimo in questa struttura : suite enorme e molto pulita con letti comodi , forse il bagno un po’ piccolo per una camera così grande ma tutto perfettamente in ordine . Hotel con molti spazi in comune ben tenuti e un paradiso per bambini con parco giochi interno ed esterno con animazione tutta dedicata a loro . Bellissima la spa, il centro benessere e tutta l’area wellness con palestra piscina interna e esterna e aree relax . Ragazze della reception sempre gentili e sorridenti ogni giorno vengono organizzate attività da fare in gruppo e si può usufruire gratuitamente di bastoncini , zaini , bici etc etc . Colazione , merenda e cena con buffet ricchissimi e sempre riforniti , i piatti serviti al tavolo con presentazione curata e a scelta tra tradizionali , vegetariani e wellness . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo .

Tornato per la seconda volta all’ Hotel Rio Stava di Tesero, confermo l’ottima impressione avuta nell’estate dell’anno scorso. Valore aggiunto è la cortesia e la finezza del personale; in particolare ( e senza togliere niente a tutti gli altri ottimi collaboratori) ringrazio il Maitre Sig. Leone, che brilla per signorilità, professionalità ed empatia. Di tutta la struttura si può solo parlare bene, ad iniziare dal centro benessere, che non è un angolo arrangiato, bensì una bellissima area spa su due piani, con diversi ambienti ed attrezzature, che si apre in piu punti sulla terrazza-solarium e sul giardino esterno. Interni curati e confortevoli, posteggio comodissimo, posizione soleggiata a due passi dal centro di Tesero; in cinque minuti d’auto si è a Cavalese e a Predazzo, i centri principali della Val di Fiemme. Cinque pallini, non potendo darne sei; grazie a tutti e tornerò (albergo che piace non si cambia).

Siamo appena partiti dopp 4 notti di vacanza in questo family hotel. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene sotto tutti i punti di vista: Camera standard comoda, moderna, bella e pulita. Ambienti dell'hotel davvero belli e curati (ristorante, bar ecc). Cucina ottima: avevo letto qualche recensione incerta da questo punto di vista, ma mi sento assolutamente di smentirla perché abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Personale sempre molto cortese e disponibile e, ovviamente, attento alle esigenze dei bambini. Area piscina e spa molto belle e curate; ho fatto un massaggio con Sara molto soddisfacente. Non abbiamo usufruito ahimè del mini club perché il nostro bimbo di 2 anni e mezzo non voleva fermarsi da solo. Disponibilità gratuita di passeggini classici, vasini, riduttori ed altro. Nonostante il tempo brutto, è stata una vacanza davvero bella e ci torneremo.
