Hotel in a great location right next to town and within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is nothing spectacular given its star rating and I found the breakfast tired and and not great in terms of offerings. We ordered one item of room service which again was limited and it was terrible. €24 for 2 cheese and ham sandwiches and a tin of cola, only ordered owing to our arrival time but a really poor effort. Additionally disappointing was the arrangements and charges associated with using spa which was not free to access for guests and had very limited opening hours which had to be booked the day before. Apart from its location not a great stay.

We liked the pools and spa. Very relaxing after a day of driving. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel to the scenic village of Allairez and the river nearby.

This is a fantastic spa hotel with excellent facilities. Located in Allariz village next to the river, a beautiful setting. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the high price for quite average food. I would definitely use the hotel again but will eat in one of the restaurantsin the village.

Nice stay - room was very comfortable, although a little worn in some spots, but nothing that affected the stay. Most rooms appeared to have a small terrace, which was nice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Can't comment on the spa, but the restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner, with good options for both. Very quiet and pretty town that was pleasant to walk around.

The large and well-kept rooms, the abundant breakfast to choose from in the buffet but the spa is weak, the main pool is small, two jets, minimal water current, bubble beds that did not even light up well, and very small vertical bubble areas At the top there was a small dry sauna, the Turkish bath was broken and two showers were terrible, one with mist water jets (in theory) and the other with cold water with a shower head that squirted a little water, very bad. The capacity was excessive, you had to wait everywhere, the two hours we had felt long

We liked the hotel very much. It is very cozy, the rooms are very spacious with a terrace that overlooks the garden and the town river, it is very relaxing. The spa is not huge but it is quite good. The hotel's living room is also very cozy, a very good option for a relaxing weekend.

The accommodation is very nice and the food is very good in the restaurant.
The only downside is that they allow too many people in the Spa at the same time. It is small and the groups should be smaller to be able to enjoy it.
