TODO excelentemente bien, las instalaciones, el servicio del personal, la comida, el spa.....absolutamente todo esta perfecto, hacen de la estancia de cada persona una experiencia única, vale mucho la pena vivir la experiencia del Temazcal, de los mejores ( por su chamán) hay muchas cosas que hacer en hotel, así que no tienes a que salir. Recomiendo ampliamente a todos los que busquen escap**** a un lugar íntimo y tranquilo.

Es una habitación muy cara para que no exista una pared bien pintada o sin humedad.
Hay muchos insectos y no cuentan con raid
La comida es mala, cara y lenta
El lugar esta en un camino de tierra, muy peligroso, sin seguridad
No hay señal telefonica ni internet, no hay forma de comunicarte
No hay agua caliente
El teléfono de la habitación no funciona
Los enchufes no funcionan
La alberca muy descuidada
Poco personal
Le faltan letras a los letreros de la alberca TOILET
Las palapas se estan cayendo, estan con plasgicos y huecos
No hay mucho estacionamiento, se llena muy rápido
Marco de madera corruida
Escaleras,, paredes, craquelados.
No regresaria, ni recomendaría

Es un lugar para descansar y relaj****. La atención del personal es muy amable. Por otro lado esta su restaurante
por su alta gastronomia y spa con la gruta de los sentidos que nos gusto mucho. Muy recomendable, gracias por todo.

Un lugar muy bonito y con un excelente servicio. Sólo hace falta mantenimiento menor a sus instalaciones, pero realmente vale la pena por el precio.
