外部環境優美，多肉植物遍佈整個花園，品種繁多；
客房的房間具有東南亞風格，室外温泉池設計巧妙，私人空間點贊👍；
早餐豐富多樣、接送站師傅熱情周到（都是豪車接待）、大廳的千年老樹茶可以隨意沖泡。這樣的酒店還是願意再去住，因為吃得好睡得好環境也好，老闆大氣、工作人員服務周到，值得點贊👍。

酒店在別墅區內，環境優美，景色秀麗，管家很有耐心，無微不至，早餐也豐盛味道很好，温泉水很舒服，我和孩子在雲南走了半個月很疲勞最後一站到的騰沖，泡了温泉太解乏了。真心沒住夠，有機會再去吧！

非常漂亮的小院子，到處是多肉和悠閑的金魚，管家小姐姐和服務大姐人都特別熱情，每次都是從門口迎接送到車上，像是在親戚家做客一樣，陽台温泉泡池的景色無敵，小朋友特別喜歡，有機會再來。

個人住過服務最好的酒店，真温泉，每個房間都有私湯，管家給升級了陽台泡池的房型，免費接送站（剛好路過想吃的餐館，司機居然送我們先吃飯等我們吃完再去酒店）它家服務真的讓人有賓至如歸的感覺（旺季不知道忙不忙得過來）就是最大限度的滿足你的需求，早餐也十分豐盛，不夠可以按喜好追加，還能包車等，管家式服務，有什麼問題問管家，主打一個省心

酒店服務非常好，有人出來迎接，需求也都能照料到。 酒店房間很好，乾淨，床品很舒服 小院子也很可愛。
就是室外的温泉池子不大乾淨。 可能是剛下過雨的緣故，很多小蟲子， 沖了一晚上花了兩小時才敢進去泡澡， 每一次沖都有洞裏爬出來的小蟲子，差點都放棄泡温泉了♨️….
