老牌五星酒店，環境高大上，大堂金碧輝煌，
從下車起，禮賓就幫着拎手提箱，並送至電梯口，前台服務也快捷，給客人留下熱情美好的印象。
房間寬敞明亮，設施全，窗外是別墅區，很安靜。
床品舒適，軟硬適度。
早餐中性，品類多，但算不上精緻。
周邊有小吃和餐廳，獨自一人出行覓食也方便。
但感覺被褥和房間有一點悶悶的味道，
是不是時間太久的原因？這是可以改進的地方。

酒店設施很好，環境也很好，酒店外面的風景也很好，離景區也很近，開車有10多分鐘就到了。房間很乾凈，而且夠大，還很安靜。尤其早餐非常的豐富，都不知道吃啥好。尤其前台兩個小姑娘，非常熱情告訴如何出遊玩及各個景點的時間路線。都給你講的明明白白的。他們的工號我特意看了看6209、6217 真的服務很到位。給我們一個賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店整偽環境不錯!從昆明開車去騰沖，訂了3間2晚的房，有2間房的空調不行，夜裡熱的無法入睡~~因為同房間有客户不方便電話!一直在攜程平台溝通~但是服務枱過了近2小時多才上來處理😂😂😂這服務

服務真的沒話説，大半夜入住被子潮濕，二話不説給你換被套，大堂經理立馬電話來核實是否更換，是否滿意。離店時因為景區堵車，要多耽擱半小時，酒店也人情味十足的同意了。也有些不足的地方，但是和這些温暖的細節比起來我覺得瑕不掩瑜。美好的城市温暖的酒店暖了一座城。

房間很舒適整潔，服務員打掃的很乾凈，升級後的房間窗户絕美，早餐豐富，基本以素食為主，吃的很舒服，不足的是周邊沒什麼商業，快車到古城需要二十多元，同樣價位的住宿在古城就沒法住了，這裏品質沒的説，服務正規周到，下回還住這裏。

每次去騰沖都住這家酒店，遠離市區，停車方便，住得高看得遠且乾爽。騰沖路寬不塞車，去景點都比較快速。前台小妹也很專業，爽快地給升級了房間。早餐品類也很多，當地的餌絲、稀豆粉都有，西式早餐如麪包、牛奶、煎蛋也有。性價比高，推薦入住。

早上低血糖，給前台打電話趕快安排送蜂蜜水，竟然説不歸前台，讓我自行打電話到餐廳，讓餐廳給送。無意。
