Nice one compare to price

Very bad experience, dirty hotel, room full of insects, ants and mosquitoes, old and uncomfortable beds

Everything else very, but the personal in the reception.

A very basic hotel matching the very cheap rate so people should have reasonable expectations. Location is good though, as it is only a 10 minute walk to/from the Sa'adi metro on line 1. Many of the must see attractions are accessible on this metro line, or else through a change to other lines. Iran is an interesting country, though made very challenging for foreign tourists travelling alone due to the sanctions. Traveling since the early 80's, it has been the most challenging destination outside of war zones for me so be mentally prepared!

The room was small, and so was the bathroom, it did bother me that they wanted to keep my passport at the reception and they did. only one of 3 receptionists spoke English, no help booking busses or anything. On the positive side, the location is amazing next to Saadi metro station, and the AC was good!

Hotel Markazi in very good location. You can go everywhere by walk or you can rent moto taxi from next corner. I’m happy that I stayed there.

Room too small & cramped and the location is too crowded with cars. Good breakfast & friendly waitress who can speak a little English. Location - not advisable to take taxi as the road is always too busy & jam.

Noisy, no drinking water in the room. Staff not so friendly.

Simple but clean hotel in the city center close to Golestan Palace.

Although it is old and the room is small and the bed is stiff, it is worth the price. Good point is that free water server is available on the hall. The bathroom door was broken and could not be closed properly. Hot water was available at anytime. Breakfast has small variety but well enough to fill stomuch.

Great hotel for price. Recommended. Hopefully will stay next time.
