Firstly. All the staff speak excellent English. Not what someone wrote previously. I should know as an English speaker. We were in the new building for a week. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well designed. I would have preferred a normal balcony and not a French one. The breakfast was very good with a selection for all tastes. Thanks to the excellent staff: Luca the reception manager, Davit security, Anna reservations and a very nice reception lady whose name I can't remember. We stayed an extra half a day which Luca helped us with. We were in the old building ( with a payment) and it was fine.

The experience at the hotel was charming from Day 1. David at the reception along with other team members like Mancho and Tako were brilliant and always ready to help. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. We had taken a suite room and the cleaners were always doing a good job. Food at the restaurant was also very good. Breakfast was a simple affair but the food was always fresh. The Chef made very fluffy eggs and the cottage cheese was amazing. But most of all all the baked goods we had were absolutely delicious especially the croissants which were exceptional. Staff at the restaurant were again highly pleasant. Manager Tazo along with other staff Saba Gvansta Mariam and Katya and others too please I forget the names.. they were very polite and always ready to assist. Very efficiently managed hotel. 5 stars. No less.

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Never have i ever stayed in this kind of classy and beautiful hotel. I remember the day I have entered to the lobby on my arrival to Hotel, I had a nice shock. First of all because of the interior and later on the music playing there was my favourite. I loved the Japanese cuisine they have in Lounge and the terrace with burgers, spaghetti, enchiladas and those kind of food. The room i stayed in was called Associo and I would say it's the most beautiful room i have been to in hotels. Overall i really loved the place and recommend it to everyone!

This hotel have some issues the rooms are five star but the service and the food are definitely lacking a price point of over 100 dollars. The breakfast buffet food temperatures incorrect. When I got home the first day after my adventures at 6 p.m. my room wasn't cleaned. I was made really annoyed. Web down tell them to clean my room and waited in the lobby to do something that's already been done. .the hotels policy they say because of covid is not to clean your room! I've been on vacation for the last 45 days and this is the only hotel in three continents that hasn't cleaned my room on a daily basis. Also they have a pool but it looked so uninviting. There's no concierge and the staff don't know answers to basic questions about airlines or where to eat . This hotel is worth $75 a night maximum not over $100 a night. I always ask myself would I stay there again . The answer is no. It's hotel is not up to the service if it's price point period the rooms are very pretty though

I think there is a problem with the bathroom, the space between the shower and toilet is too small, I can barely fit. I am 1m90 tall. There are stains on the lamps, scratches on the doors. Very comfortable bed, lighting works very well. Toothbrushes and bathrobe were missing! Housekeeping should check rooms before guests. The swimming pool is very good, good installation! Very good breakfast. I would say that the standards of a 5 star hotel are not there, even at the level of the reception service remains very basic but nothing more, I expected better service anyway. The meal at the ATI was very good, but the waitress is very young and very kind and needs to learn more about F&B. The chef came to explain his dish to us, very professional.

I couldn’t eat it all even once, it’s sooooo tasty, but there’s so much))))) I recommend it! And also a quiet courtyard, it’s convenient to walk to all the main attractions! Нормальные номера под цифрами 5 и 6, один из них и был нами забронирован. Когда мы приехали - оба были заняты. Остальные номера - конура с ”окном”, которое выходит сразу на стену соседнего дома. Окно размером с форточку 30×30 см, которое не фиксируется в открытом положении. Стена соседнего дома была в 20 сантиметрах от этого ”окна”. Ни дневной свет, ни свежий воздух через него не проходит. Возврат разницы по стоимости произведен не был, извинений мы также не услышали. В номере были сломаны сиденье на унитазе, ручка на душевой кабине. На наши просьбы отремонтировать, персонал сказал - ”так это туристы ломают же, сейчас починим, а они опять сломают”. Что??? Вообще персонал крайне .... странный. По поводу сломаной сидушки я уже писал выше. В первый день по поводу оплаченного нами завтрака мы услышали: ”Так тут же везде кафе работают, там и позавтракаете”. Когда было указано, что завтрак оплачен, нас спросили во сколько мы хотим завтракать. На наш ответ, что в 8.30 - 9 часов было бы хорошо, нам сказали - ”Мне неудобно в это время, я доеду сюда в лучшем случае к 9 утра, так что завтрак не раньше 9.30”. Facepalm. По поводу раздельных кроватей в номере сказали - ”так вы их сдвиньте вместе, будет одна большая”. Это последовал ответ на вопрос, почему у нас один пододеяльник на 2 кровати, но второй в итоге выдали. В номере нет шкафа, только подвесной с 2 металлическим погнутыми вешалками из химчистки. Без полочек и высотой сантиметров 80. Wi-Fi нестабильный и не покрывает всей площади отеля, а если ваш номер - конура, то и мобильная сеть там не очень, то есть решать какие-то вопросы по интернету будет некомфортно. Отзывы на известном синем агрегаторе не соответствуют действительности - отель просто удаляет ваше бронирование вместе с отзывом после того, как вы оставите не восхищенный отзыв. Единственный плюс отеля - его расположение в самом центре, при этом там очень тихо, так как отель находится в тупике. Если вы путешествуете с детьми или у вас романтический отпуск - крайне не рекомендую этот отель. Может вам и повезет с номером, но если нет, то вы останетесь очень разочарованы. Не рискуйте )))

Hotel City. We stayed here only for 1 night on our way back to dubai. We ended up on the 5th floor, just outside the room is a beautiful terrace that overlooks the city with chairs and couches and even a phone incase tou need to order a drink and enjoy the sunset. We stayed in this hotel back in 2016 for 3 nights, it was good back then but they recently had a make over, its much more modern and neat now. They've really stepped it up. Also the bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous with a shower any home owner will dream of. The location is perfect, as its quiet and just off one of the main roads which means easy walking access to freedom Square and other parts of the old town, super markets and wine shops. Also as a courtesy note on the feedback. They usually serve breakfast on weekends at 8h30 only and we had to leave at 7h30 to catch our flight, they made special arrangements for us to have breakfast at 7am.....we really appreciated that. Very clean, professional and friendly staff, clearly newly renovated or built, because everything is new and in order. Be mindful there was no breakfast when I visited, and I see others posting this as well. That's fine by me, because I enjoy sleeping in and getting lunch where I want, eating local food. Also note that you can forget about parking because this hotel is in the middle of the old town and it's seriously densely built here. The old town is in a charming state of dilapidation, stone and wood houses where there's not a straight angle from subsidence, some walls bulging in, others bulging out, and you wonder how people can live in there, but they do, and it's genuine and very interesting to stroll through. I mention this because as I was walking to my hotel I was worried about what kind of hotel I had booked, but when you get there it's like an oasis of modernity and comfort. There are tons of small places to have wine or eat things nearby. Walking distance to anything you could want, really.
