Our trip to Tbilisi was a very special one as we were getting married. I can not put it into words how helpful and supportive Ameri Plaza team was from first day to the very last minute! and it's very important for me to mention everyone correctly. The manager of the hotel (Ecatherine) was very understanding and supportive as we had to accommodate our mothers and we had to manage other wedding related stuff. The receptionists ( Lado, Rati, Nika, and Misho ) were always ready to help us out with all of requirements. They went far and beyond to make sure we are having a good trip. I also wanted to thank Ika for offering and helping us to get to the roof and taking amazing pictures with the view. The restaurant manager, Guram ( Guci ) was very helpful and we were able to have a photoshoot session at the restaurant . He kindly surprised us with champagne and decorated table waiting for us. Rooms being so clean , breakfast being A class , the location of hotel being convenient to access other places were just cherry on top of the cake! On behalf of my bride and myself I want to once again thank Ameri plaza team ! I totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Tbilisi!

Small room but very comfortable bed (I stayed in a standard room with one twin). Friendly staff who were always ready to help (one even made a phone call in Georgian on my behalf). The district of Vake is a nice, trendy place to be located. The hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro, but thankfully, taxis are extremely cheap. Breakfast as far as mid-range hotels in post-Soviet countries go was enjoyable. My only complaint would be that the room cleaning happened at completely unpredictable times (e.g. once in the morning, once in the very late afternoon) with the result that I never knew when to time my excursions. But overall great value for the price.

First travel is like i dont want to come back to this hotel anymore. We came to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary in Tbilisi. The bad things was, we stayed at the 2nd floor and it was really worst! Air-conditioned not working we dont feel comfy at all its too hot especially when you're going to sleep, outside view was like a view of our neighborhood house (you will not feel that you are staying at the hotel) and you will not feel safe at all because if you open the door to feel the cold and fresh air, it seems like someone will come up and I tried to open the window, it's surprise me because it's totally broken! In the Reception, they are not friendly. Not smiling. About the breakfast, its really common. Thanks to the waitress who give us smile early morning whenever we eat there! Points will be given for the housekeeper who make up our room during our stay. What we enjoy in Georgia is, the hotel is near from the groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. And the most thing we love was spending our day at Gudauri ski Resort and some tourist spot in Georgia. Hope to come back again to this country but i dont think to this hotel again.

Breakfast is a separate form of art! Homemade yogurt with Chia seeds - 10 out of 10! The children were delighted with the baking! Well, about cleanliness, very, very clean! Staff personality can make or break any business, and with this in mind, I'm happy to report that hotel Genio had very welcoming individuals on the front desk. Friendly, efficient and professional. In addition to the above, the bedroom and ensuite were a good size, and tastefully decorated. The room contained a side table, 3 chairs, a desk, a fridge, a kettle (the latter of which came with complimentary and coffee, as was also the case with the bathroom amenities). Everything one expects from a good hotel was provided for, and as a bonus, the view from the roof terrace was exceptional. I will return.
