Beautiful hotel. The location is unbeatable. The breakfast and executive lounge are great. Two questions: First, there was a girl at the front desk who was very indifferent. We booked two executive rooms because our flight was very late and we wanted to check out later in one room. After asking about my flight time and whether I was a member, she refused to check out late. Second, there is a large concave and convex mirror in the room facing the bed which makes it uncomfortable.

I think there is a problem with the bathroom, the space between the shower and toilet is too small, I can barely fit. I am 1m90 tall. There are stains on the lamps, scratches on the doors. Very comfortable bed, lighting works very well. Toothbrushes and bathrobe were missing! Housekeeping should check rooms before guests. The swimming pool is very good, good installation! Very good breakfast. I would say that the standards of a 5 star hotel are not there, even at the level of the reception service remains very basic but nothing more, I expected better service anyway. The meal at the ATI was very good, but the waitress is very young and very kind and needs to learn more about F&B. The chef came to explain his dish to us, very professional.

Our trip to Tbilisi was a very special one as we were getting married. I can not put it into words how helpful and supportive Ameri Plaza team was from first day to the very last minute! and it's very important for me to mention everyone correctly. The manager of the hotel (Ecatherine) was very understanding and supportive as we had to accommodate our mothers and we had to manage other wedding related stuff. The receptionists ( Lado, Rati, Nika, and Misho ) were always ready to help us out with all of requirements. They went far and beyond to make sure we are having a good trip. I also wanted to thank Ika for offering and helping us to get to the roof and taking amazing pictures with the view. The restaurant manager, Guram ( Guci ) was very helpful and we were able to have a photoshoot session at the restaurant . He kindly surprised us with champagne and decorated table waiting for us. Rooms being so clean , breakfast being A class , the location of hotel being convenient to access other places were just cherry on top of the cake! On behalf of my bride and myself I want to once again thank Ameri plaza team ! I totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Tbilisi!

I ordered it on the same day. The transportation is very convenient and the price is very cheap in the city center. It is only two subway stops from the train station. I walked for an hour and a half without the subway in the middle of the night (the Ctrip map was out of alignment), but there was still someone at the front desk, because Ctrip confirmed with the front desk in advance that they could check in in the middle of the night, and the front desk speaks English, so communication is no problem. The room is very small and has a big bed. The sanitation is shared on the floor. The bath is also convenient. Just sleep for a while and adjust it. It is still very satisfactory. There is a foreign currency exchange place next to the downstairs. In short, it is very good and very cost-effective. If you go again in the future, you can book other rooms in their house.

location and service are very good.the dtifference between the rooms is high so i would reommend to check your room via pictures before you arive. George and driver micha were really nice and helpfull. the beds are not the best and the carpet on the room floor needs to be changed. The building itself is very old and has a nice flair. we stayed five days and thought that breakfast was included but learned there that it was not. better book via booking or etc couse we did it direct to the hotel and there was no breakfast included. overall it is a nice place to stay and location is really good.

This is an affordable hotel right in the heart of Rustaveli Avenue (this is where you want to be) I would still recommend you to check-in at Radisson or Courtyard by Marriot, but if you wanna save money and be in a decent hotel. you need to book only here at Otiums Hotel (THANK me later) Otiums HOTEL is such a lifesaver, let me tell you here's why. 1. ONLY GROUND FLOOR, (that's good news! since most hotels in the area don't have ELEVATORS) 2. A lot of OTHER HOTEL photos you see on TripAdvisor and BOOKING. com are SUPER SUPER FAR from reality when you arrive in the actual hotels. Old appliances, dirty areas, bad location etc. etc. 2.1. The location from Rustaveli Avenue is far 2.2. The Facilities are dirty and SUPER OLD 3. (VERY IMPORTANT) You wanna be in Rustaveli Avenue during your stay in Tbilisi 4. VERY AFFORDABLE, if you are on a budget this HOTEL is great 5. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Mr. George! Otiums will not provide you breakfast like other hotels, but it was not an issue for me, since I like to go out and explore the food.

The hostel is a renovated old apartment with high roof and really good design and everything is very clean. It is located accross the music conservatory building and I met many musicians. Other positive thing about the location is that although it is near the best street of Tbilisi, there are many local stores and a bakery that are really cheap and lovely. The staff were really polite and helpful but not really happy! The kitchen is a modern one and a good place to make food and talk about gastronomy and culture with other guests from other countries 🙂 There is also a well designed bar with best drinks and it is not expensive.

Хочу рассказать про нашу короткую поездку в Тбилиси. Ехали мы туда вместе с женой на пять дней с перелетами вместе. Искали отель для нашего пребывания в интернете не очень долго. Благо выбора в Тбилиси отелей очень много. Выбрала данный отель жена. Прибыли мы в Грузию до обеда. Заезд в отель по условиям у них в 14 часов. Но поговорив с персоналом они пошли нам на встречу и пустили в номер. Нас это очень порадовало. Вот что значит дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Пока мы шли в свой номер мы с женой то и дело осматривались по сторонам. Нам было очень приятно и комфортно там находиться. Все чисто, аккуратно. Номер нам тоже очень сильно понравился, хоть и не большой но достаточно просторный. Красиво заправленная кровать, красивые шторы. В номере было все что требовалось,шкаф, кровать, столик и телевизор. Телевизор мы ни разу не включали, летели туда не для этого. Так же понравился светлый санузел, где была душевая. Сам я больше люблю мыться в душе чем в ванной, это тоже был для меня еще одним плюсом. В номере не было ничего лишнего, лишь все что необходимо. На завтраки мы не ходили, так как с этим ковидом были небольшие ограничения. Да и мы просыпались задолго после завтрака. А как просыпались просто шли любоваться местными достопримечательностями. А их в округе очень много,да и все осмотреть не хватит времени. Вокруг было много кафешек и ресторанов, с голоду мы точно не помирали)) Возвращались мы в отель под вечер. А смысл лежать сутками в номере когда кругом такая красота. Курортные дни у нас пролетели очень быстро. Но мы были очень довольны такой поездкой, хоть и не долгой. Особенно понравился отель где мы отдыхали все эти дни. Кто решит полететь, советую рассматривать данное заведение. Все чисто, аккуратно, светло и приятный персонал.
