Beautiful hotel. The location is unbeatable. The breakfast and executive lounge are great. Two questions: First, there was a girl at the front desk who was very indifferent. We booked two executive rooms because our flight was very late and we wanted to check out later in one room. After asking about my flight time and whether I was a member, she refused to check out late. Second, there is a large concave and convex mirror in the room facing the bed which makes it uncomfortable.

Firstly. All the staff speak excellent English. Not what someone wrote previously. I should know as an English speaker. We were in the new building for a week. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well designed. I would have preferred a normal balcony and not a French one. The breakfast was very good with a selection for all tastes. Thanks to the excellent staff: Luca the reception manager, Davit security, Anna reservations and a very nice reception lady whose name I can't remember. We stayed an extra half a day which Luca helped us with. We were in the old building ( with a payment) and it was fine.

If you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you. It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way. The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice. For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream. If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.

I can copy a review because I agree with 100%, with one exception: this time much more noise than usual (hosts and road). Aside a very noisy light-screen crossing even late evening (the street rooms feel like it), low insonorization (if you have a light sleep, take your tapes). The structure is modern and recently renovated, but most of the rooms are large, well furnished and functional (including bathrooms). The first breakfast room, at the latest floor of the hotel, is beautiful and has a terrace with a beautiful view, but I found the buffet very low, both as quality of the products and as variety.

I live in a ten-person room, which is large in size, not crowded at all, very clean, roommates are very civilized, and the room is quiet. The shower room in the bathroom is very large, and there is music playing on time at eight o'clock in the morning. Не понравилось практически ничего. Завтраки, которые так расхваливали в отзывах, оказались просто никакими. Каждый день одно и то же: яйца, сэндвич с ломтиком докторской колбасы и ломтиком сыра, маленький йогурт ”Нежный”, мюсли, масло, чай/кофе, стакан непонятного, вроде бы яблочного сока, иногда бывали нарезанные помидоры/огурцы. Менялся только способ приготовления яиц (вареное, глазунья, омлет) и время подачи. В нашем номере неправильно работала душевая лейка, вода текла одним потоком как в водопаде, мы попросили поменять лейку, но никакой реакции не последовало. (Мы пошли сами купили новую лейку за 200 р на период своего пребывания, так что цена хорошего впечатления от сервиса - 200 р). У нас был двухэтажный номер, на втором этаже, как выяснилось, высота потолка примерно 160 см, не было холодильника и сейфа. На третий день такого отдыха мы попросили поменять номер на освободившийся улучшенный с доплатой. На что нам сказали, что сами ничего сделать не могут, мы должны отменить бронирование и забронировать новый номер. У нас было невозвратное бронирование, поэтому совет был так себе. В итоге походив вокруг кровати с поджатыми головами, посидев на одном единственном стуле мы плюнули и уехали в другой отель. При досрочном выезде нас спросили о причине, мы ответили, что не удовлетворены отелем, на что последовал вопрос по их это вине или у нас изменились планы, тут комментировать по-моему нечего. Ещё отмечу, что две маленькие бутылочки воды предоставляют только при заселении, чайные пакетики тоже если и кладут, то очень редко. Поэтому название отеля не соответствует действительности)) Из хорошего в отеле отмечу тишину, хорошую вентиляцию в ванной комнате, нормальную работу wifi.

The hotel that arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, took a taxi, the location is not difficult to find, into the park has been going. When I walked through this bar street, there were people who went to the hotel to pull the guests. I didn’t say that I was still calling you, I really hated it. The hotel as a whole is OK, the nearby location is quite convenient. When checking out the hotel in the morning, there is a fat cat on the lawn at the door to bask in the sun~ so cute~

We choose this hotel because of its location (5 min walk to subway station) and being new. Stayed here for 4 nights for our visit to Georgia. We made the booking through Agoda and when we arrived, they were expecting us. Being a boutique hotel, there isn't much lobby traffic but they have 2 staff on duty till 9pm. English is spoken by the staff at the front desk who answered our queries. They have a nice breakfast area but not a restaurant which is not needed. They are many options within walking distance. The standard room was small be adequate. Being off the main street, we seldom hear the traffic noise. Their spa is not staffed and masseur will turn up by appointment. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to visitors to Tbilisi.
