Our trip to Tbilisi was a very special one as we were getting married. I can not put it into words how helpful and supportive Ameri Plaza team was from first day to the very last minute! and it's very important for me to mention everyone correctly. The manager of the hotel (Ecatherine) was very understanding and supportive as we had to accommodate our mothers and we had to manage other wedding related stuff. The receptionists ( Lado, Rati, Nika, and Misho ) were always ready to help us out with all of requirements. They went far and beyond to make sure we are having a good trip. I also wanted to thank Ika for offering and helping us to get to the roof and taking amazing pictures with the view. The restaurant manager, Guram ( Guci ) was very helpful and we were able to have a photoshoot session at the restaurant . He kindly surprised us with champagne and decorated table waiting for us. Rooms being so clean , breakfast being A class , the location of hotel being convenient to access other places were just cherry on top of the cake! On behalf of my bride and myself I want to once again thank Ameri plaza team ! I totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Tbilisi!

The room was taken in this hotel for 10 days from 21.07.22 to 02.08.22. The incompetence of the staff sometimes simply scaled. When they arrived at the hotel, the staff member at the recipe asked to cancel the booking, which would eventually make us a 30-lari discount, we agreed that it was essentially a mistake because we were unable to leave a review on the booking. Booking was indicated with breakfasts that we have not seen as clear as possible. The hotel staff said they just made a mistake and the bottom had never had breakfast. That is, they deliberately point to overexpected expectations, and in fact the hotel is 2 stars. Towels and bed linen do not change, washing machine is not available, room cleaning is not available either. Stayed here in April 2019. The hotel is nice, clean, near the metro station, the excellent inexpensive restaurant nearby, the host tried to be welcoming. When I arrived it turned out that breakfast was not included. Well, God with it, little money. Just took the number easier. It turned out further to get the number at the price indicated on the booking site, pay in cash and on the day of check-in. If paying by card, the price is immediately different. It is as if nothing but warn you. 2) For 3 days staying at the hotel our room has never been cleaned. A little strange. Late in the evening, returning after a saturated day, do not want to solve the question why not removed, it is easier to take out the garbage and start resting. The next morning was late for the tour and there was no time to deal with it) and so all 3 days) That no one was Russian-/English-speaking on the respiratory, that's what. Eventually all 3 days was cleaned by herself. Naturally without tips.

It was our first visit to Georgia, namely Tbilisi. We were there for about 23 days. And only for the last two days we decided to change the situation of our room and found the hotel that was our heart. Hotel The Grove Design Hotel. Once we saw the rooms, we immediately realized that we both liked him. We decided not to slow down the room selection process and booked a room called Mood. In fact, the rooms are modernly equipped, lighting, shower, balcony, which looks out to the city and even snowy mountains are visible. The rooms have beds with ultra soft pillows and blankets. And here comes the time when we needed to get in our room, we came with our luggage. We paid for the room and one breakfast for two. It was great. And here we woke up on that fatal day. Let's go down for breakfast. Let's start our pie. My faithful asked the girl who works there to warm the milk, apparently a cook. We sit down for breakfast and the girl brings milk to us and says the warm milk is not free. And when we learned how much it cost, we almost got our eyes. 40 larie. How full breakfast!!!!!!! Here we started to find out with a man who works there the whole situation, called the manager, she was a girl, not like last time a man. And here it turns out there was a mistake, on the day we went in we asked the man to have our breakfast for one day for two, and he wrote so that breakfast was for one day for one person. On the one hand, it is our mistake too. We underestimated and signed the paper. But he heard clearly that for two, and the point is to go for breakfast only for one person. All the situation was resolved thank God, but the most unpleasant of the situation is that the precipitation remained, because of all this vainness, we paid for breakfast for one more person, but we didn't want to stay in the breakfast room for a second any more, yes, with the staff itself. It is obvious that the situation was unpleasant for the woman itself, as she was avoiding us in the future. We returned to our room. And not everything. We saw that the water was not in the whole room, that is, neither in the tap, nor in the shower, nor in the toilet, absolute zero. We were told that the technician would come in just an hour with more, but at that point we were already asleep. This is the last ”happiness beam” we caught before leaving.
