First travel is like i dont want to come back to this hotel anymore. We came to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary in Tbilisi. The bad things was, we stayed at the 2nd floor and it was really worst! Air-conditioned not working we dont feel comfy at all its too hot especially when you're going to sleep, outside view was like a view of our neighborhood house (you will not feel that you are staying at the hotel) and you will not feel safe at all because if you open the door to feel the cold and fresh air, it seems like someone will come up and I tried to open the window, it's surprise me because it's totally broken! In the Reception, they are not friendly. Not smiling. About the breakfast, its really common. Thanks to the waitress who give us smile early morning whenever we eat there! Points will be given for the housekeeper who make up our room during our stay. What we enjoy in Georgia is, the hotel is near from the groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. And the most thing we love was spending our day at Gudauri ski Resort and some tourist spot in Georgia. Hope to come back again to this country but i dont think to this hotel again.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

Great hotel, perfect location. The center, yet a quiet center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Diana, attentive and ready to answer any question. Breakfast is a separate form of art! Homemade yogurt with Chia seeds - 10 out of 10! The children were delighted with the baking! Well, about cleanliness, very, very clean! Slippers and bathrobes are available, just ask them at the reception. Thank you overall for our great vacation!

Before I left, I checked into this hotel again. It might be the peak season, so the price increased by about 40%. The room was larger than before, which was okay. Breakfast is ok, and the supermarket downstairs is convenient. Not too far from the main attractions of the old town.

Had a great stay experience in Tbilisi, the staff is really amazing and helpful, they gave me the travel tips and routes about how to travel locally with the help of public transport. My sincere thanks to Ms. Maria for going next level to create a special list of the recommendations of the spots I should visit, she spent quite a lot time to help me out in the concerns. Other team members were really attentive and helpful as well. The room was upgraded as per my Gold member benefit and the welcome drinks were honoured without any say. Centrally located near to all the major spots of the city and public transport is just 200 metres away from the hotel . Definitely a must place to stay when in Tbilisi.

Cost-effective, the big bed room is spacious and comfortable, the hotel staff is very good. Breakfast is not too much but tastes good. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the city center and the punching place, can be reached on foot, but quiet in the middle of noisy, directly opposite the police station. However, the day tour fee of this hotel is relatively high, 50 to 100 Larry more expensive than directly looking for a travel agency, you can make a comparison and then choose.

All the attractions are near this hotel, it is convenient to go out, the car is also called, and the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also very good, the waiter is also very good 🙃🙃🙃 It's just boiling water. When you pour it in the cup, you can see a layer of gray water. It feels a lot of impurities. It may not be filtered. So I still buy mineral water myself.

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Firstly. All the staff speak excellent English. Not what someone wrote previously. I should know as an English speaker. We were in the new building for a week. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well designed. I would have preferred a normal balcony and not a French one. The breakfast was very good with a selection for all tastes. Thanks to the excellent staff: Luca the reception manager, Davit security, Anna reservations and a very nice reception lady whose name I can't remember. We stayed an extra half a day which Luca helped us with. We were in the old building ( with a payment) and it was fine.

Our trip to Tbilisi was a very special one as we were getting married. I can not put it into words how helpful and supportive Ameri Plaza team was from first day to the very last minute! and it's very important for me to mention everyone correctly. The manager of the hotel (Ecatherine) was very understanding and supportive as we had to accommodate our mothers and we had to manage other wedding related stuff. The receptionists ( Lado, Rati, Nika, and Misho ) were always ready to help us out with all of requirements. They went far and beyond to make sure we are having a good trip. I also wanted to thank Ika for offering and helping us to get to the roof and taking amazing pictures with the view. The restaurant manager, Guram ( Guci ) was very helpful and we were able to have a photoshoot session at the restaurant . He kindly surprised us with champagne and decorated table waiting for us. Rooms being so clean , breakfast being A class , the location of hotel being convenient to access other places were just cherry on top of the cake! On behalf of my bride and myself I want to once again thank Ameri plaza team ! I totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Tbilisi!

Staff is very friendly, they suggest, gave a card on the funky in Mtsasmindu. Breakfasts are abundant and delicious, thank the cook and her team! All rooms with balconies, there's a chair, a table and a ashtray, very convenient! One wish: shoes and coat in the room. And so everything is super! Yes, and is on a hill, the elderly will not be quite comfortable to walk up.

We were here for three nights starting from 24 June and I thought the premium room we had was excellent - from the space to amenities and the sleep quality we enjoyed. Rude staff. From the very first day, some of the staff are strangely unwelcoming (even the people on the streets were friendlier!!) they treat you like you are a BURDEN to their day, and hesitate to help you with anything. They act like a smile and hi would cost them diamonds, so we got none. (unsure if they are islamophobes). We decided to get some breakfast early in the morning when the restaurant was empty, we ordered fries which was off the buffet. They did not tell us it would take time. We waited 30 minutes before getting up to complain, and even then they had a ”couldn't be bothered” attitude. Kept busying themselves with other guests who came after us. Later we had to shout to get the fries on the table. It finally came, with no apologies whatsoever. And was super salty. Seriously, I could whip up some fries in 10 minutes. The moment we finished it and left, the manager lady called to us and told us to pay for early check in, completely oblivious to the incident. This left such a bad taste, they only care for money. We spoke to her to which she interrupted and said she could explain why it happened (yes, 30 min is too much still for a simple salted fries, lady) Had to force her to apologize!!! Was not compensated in any way...it was truly the most pathetic behavior ever. We wonder how they even got their jobs. The guy staff was the only one in the hotel who seemed hospitable and courteous. The rest are just a bunch of nobodies with poor social skills. We avoided talking to them whenever possible. The ”no room service concept”,was also really a huge inconvenience for us. We had to request for everything from HK and they only work from 9-5 I believe. Other than the lack of room service concept (...which is honestly the worst concept ever), the hotel was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping would clean daily, and location is good, there are groceries nearby. However, we do not recommend this place if its your first time visiting the country as it will ruin your days and impression of the people here. Try something else!

Really nice recently refurbished hotel. Located in a good location for restaurants local and international,bars shops. Excellent friendly staff. Red park very close by. Also close by is turtle lake with boating, restaurants bars, ice cream, on the other side of valley is lisi beach which is another lake with similar attractions.
