Receptionist did not seem very welcoming. Rest of my stay was good.

The location is very good close to Liberty metro station and freedom square. The breakfast should have more variety. The hotel has parking garage. However the hotel is old and the air conditioning doesn’t seem to work very well.

The food was great. The service was very good

The location of the hotel is beautiful. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable. It was also nice to have a balcony. The breakfast menu was poor. But the kitchen was clean. We preferred to have our dinner at the hotel. Because the master in the kitchen was cooking good food. Moreover, the prices were more affordable than outside. It deserves 8.5 points out of 10.

Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, omelettes, sausages, cottage cheese, fruits, drinks, pastries. Good location, cafes nearby, large mall, beautiful view of the city!

Service: The service attitude of the front desk staff Sofia and Nini is super good and thoughtful. Facilities: The spa is pretty good Hygiene: first class Environment: Just opposite the city hall, behind it is the TV Tower, and only one step away from Liberty Square.

I spent 20 days in Georgia and used Gallery Palace Hotel in Tbilisi as a hub to return to. I got to try 4 different rooms (503, 316, 521 and 508) ; all were pretty much standard : large, comfortable king bed, good size room and adequate bathroom with dual-function shower - rm 508 had a small balcony. There is some wear and tear with stains and chipped paint, but overall the standard is good. The location could not be better, adjacent to government buildings, and surrounded by a choice of very good Georgian restaurants. Breakfast is OK, I only wish they added fresh juice and custom eggs. Where they fall short is in proper training of staff : reception staff is totally incompetent, they show no interest at all in addressing any problems (the standard reply is "I don't know"). Restaurant staff are better, but they concentrate more on their mobile phones than on servicing the customers. With some hospitality training and some small renovations, this hotel would be 5-star boutique. As it stands, it offers value for money.

I was with a friend. We stayed 4 nights, the room is fine but quite dirty (stains on the carpets). There is no tea pot and auxiliary amenities which is sad. The most disappointing experience was breakfast - it is quite poor, is hot dishes run out, there is no refillment. Another issue is pastries - the whole time we stayed, there were no new pastries - the croissants were dry and firm, so they were the same every day, they were baked some time in July (and we were in October). Apart from that the location is great (in the city center) but it can be sometimes noisy (but this is often the case when you decide to live in the city center).

Very friendly staff. Located by Liberty Square, also by shopping mall. Location is also close to old Tbilisi, to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Clean, responsive service, nice breakfast, right next to city center and historic district, I am planing to go back soon again.

There was an amazing tall young fella working at Receptionist ( I dont know his name). Was exceedingly helpful. He sorted taxi service, things to do and areas to shop. He made the stay very worthwhile. I will recommend a stay there.
