Granada Hotel and Restaurant

The hotel is located in a relatively remote location in Tbilisi. At the time of booking, it was mainly because it was close to the airport, but in fact it was more than 10 kilometers away. It was no different from living in the old Tbilisi. The hotel service was very average, and everything in the room was perfect. No, not even mineral water, and the price/performance ratio is not high.

The room is very clean and newly renovated. The breakfast is also good, but you can't go late or there won't be much food. Not far from the city center and the service is good.

The hotel is very new, I think the owner and name changed recently because it is listed as New Hotel on the maps. First of all, the staff at the reception are very kind and helpful. Especially Levan was very helpful. Thank you to him. In general, the hotel feels clean, well-maintained and peaceful. As for the negative aspects, there is no elevator in the hotel, I think this is the biggest shortcoming. Because I had to go up 4 floors with my suitcases. We had taken a room with breakfast included, but the breakfast was not very satisfying. The breakfast place was very cold. The hotel does not have a cafe, bar, social area, etc. Regarding cleaning, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom, we asked it from the reception, the room cleaning service was never done during my stay. There is only a kettle and cup set in the room, no tea, coffee, etc. treats. There is 1 desk and 1 TV. The location of the hotel is in a quiet and peaceful street. It is 5 minutes away from metro and bus stops. There is a nikaro market just near the hotel, open 24/7.

Наверное, лучший отель в Тбилиси. Я в Грузии не первый раз, хотя ощутил полную красоту и гостеприимство находясь в этой гостинице. Во время пребывания, хозяин отеля приготовил шашлык и любезно пригласил поужинать с ними. Персонал в гостинице дружелюбный и отзывчивый. В общем и целом всем советую хоть раз остановиться этой замечательной гостинице.
