THINK TWICE before booking this hotel.
I’m staying the premier king room with bath tub. The water condition is very bad. Dirty water with sand.
We speak to the hotel in charge person but their response was so disappointed keep on pushing away the responsibility keep on saying water tank is clean and saying that other room’s water is clean. When I going to check other rooms with the person in charge, the water is dirty too🤷♂️ . After that she request me to open the water tap and let the water flow until clean. After a hours, still remain the same ( VERY DIRTY).

New hotel, clean & big room. Located inside Garden city building a new outlet mall in Tawau. Surround with many restaurant & entertainment.

The room is very modern. It's the type of design I like. It's comfortable to sleep in. I recommend it. It's a little expensive but it's worth it. There's an elevator.
