The location of the hotel is pretty good. It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station and very close to the Bazaar. The hotel has a beautiful environment, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is rich in variety, and Uzbek special tea is provided, which is delicious. If there is only one flaw, it might be that the room is relatively small and the single bed is a bit narrow.

The location of the hotel is very good. When you go out, you can see the old city on the left and the new city on the right. The Dome Market is within walking distance. The courtyard is very quiet and the service is very good. Both English and Russian are available, credit cards are accepted, the room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast is pretty good among the many hotels I have stayed in.

Incredibly friendly staff, accommodating and wonderful people. We had an accident, my girlfriend fell and broke her arm while walking around Tashkent. The hotel manager drove us to the emergency room, stayed with us as a translator until she got her lancet, visited several pharmacies with me to find all the prescribed medications and returned us home - because this lovely little hotel with a beautiful garden became our home for the next week until got a cast. And we were supposed to stay only one weekend. Plus, it is exceptionally tidy, in a great location between the old and the new town, with an abundant and rich breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone, and we will be back here next year. Let me try to sum up: the staff speaks excellent English, they will help with everything, from how to change money, how to activate a taxi app, where there is a good restaurant... They know everything. The rooms are clean, quiet, warm (after all, it's February). With all this written before, you may regret not being there already. The only drawback, not due to hotel fault, is a construction going on between hotel and Bazaar. It does NOT impede the function of the hotel. I walked to major sites from the hotel. The Circus doom helps locate hotel from a far distance. The adject Bazaar open air market has all the food items necessary for any visitor.

This is a relatively new hotel which exudes an old school, traditional charm. Everything about the hotel - from the excellent service to the rooms and daily breakfast were fantastic given the price point. As 'basic' as the amenities are (no pool, spa, gym etc) these really do not bother me at all since this hotel is marketed as a boutique hotel, not an international hotel chain. My room, in particular, was super huge and comfortable. Try out the outdoor rooms - yes even during winter - as it gives one a feel of staying at the traditional yurt, with creature comforts such an aircon and heaters. Breakfast to me was great too. Also appreciate the hotel's effort to put at least a front desk who is extremely conversant in English and is able to assist to your whims and fancies.

Mirzo was a great choice for Tashkent. We had a group tour leaving from a different larger hotel and decided we wanted something a little more unique and quiet. What a great find! The grounds and facilities were very nice and the location was great. The best part was the attention by the staff. They continually asked how everything was going and made efforts greet us by our name each time. They even offered to pack us a lunch for the day we checked out (we passed as we wanted to try some local restaurants). We return to Tashkent after our tour and already have rebooked!

We booked it through ***********. We asked them to send car to pickup from train station. Without informing us anything earlier,driver took us to aother Mirzo hotel that is far from centre... as they said the one we booked had some problems. Being so tired after 5 hours journey at 11 pm we didn't have any other options other than to stay. After complaining about it, next morning they sent us to Mirzo Boutique hotel. At Mirzo Boutique room and washroom is very basic. Breakfast is very much ok. The price we paid and what we got in return as quality and service is totally unacceptable.
