The room is big and spacious but furniture are rather old. Overall, the room is well maintained and clean. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at a convenient spot with many shops around ... good for shopping and meals :).

The room smells very fragrant. The design layout is very elegant. The bed, the couch, the sheets, the towels and the other materials are clean. I like the way the lamps/lights are placed. It's so cozy and comfortable to stay in the room. We'll definitely come back.

There is a laundry room. It is not free at NT$40, but it is cheaper and more convenient than outside. It is convenient for long-term guests. The breakfast is good and I stayed here for one night before going to Taoyuan Airport. It is very convenient to take the airport express to the terminal.

The lobby is on the 9th floor, not on the ground floor. You have to take the elevator to go up. The staff is very polite. There are too few choices for breakfast. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. The manager on the ground floor was very polite. You have to go out to eat, there is no room to order meals.
