Friendly staff that helped to book taxi to airport and even recommended the time to call the taxi in order to reach airport with sufficient time, fast check in and out services as well.

Great hotel , I chose this hotel because it is near airport as I took a very early flight, but the shuttle bus is full unfortunately and I have to take taxi finally. Not hotel fault but just disappointed. Pls make sure you will book the shuttle bus in advance if you have early morning flight.

Not bad, but the rooms were pretty small and the AC didn't work very well. However the room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. We asked for an extra pillow and had to pay 50NT extra which seemed a little odd.

Needing a one-night stay before catching a connecting flight. Limited options near the airport at this price point. The location is a 10-minute drive from the airport, and taxis cost around NT170. Spacious room, clean bedding, satisfactory bathroom amenities, and ample water pressure, especially crucial for post-flight comfort. The lobby has vending machines, or you can grab a simple dinner at the airport convenience store. Room rate includes a self-service breakfast with simple and authentic food, though the taste is average but acceptable. While there's no airport shuttle, the front desk can arrange a taxi, albeit at a slightly higher cost. We stayed in a room for 6 pax.the room was spacious. it provided separate room for bathtub, shower and toilet. When called housekeeping for toiletries, a machine robot will bring up to your room and called the room to inform us that it arrived outside our room so we can pick up from our room. It is so convenient to go X park from cozzi Blu hotel. We just took the lift to level 2,turned out from cozzi market side , the x park was there. We walked to outlet from the bridge at level 2 too.

My quarantine stay at Monarch was excellent. Since I was a frequent traveler and had stayed there a few times before, they upgraded me to an executive room for my 8-night stay. I truly enjoyed the many big windows, the great view, and the renovated room with the spacious bathroom. My room number was 1206 and I strongly recommend it. Effective 8/6/22, Monarch changed back to a regular hotel with no options for quarantine stays. My husband and I stayed here in Mid-August for 2 nights with free breakfast delivered to the room. We stayed in room 1402, which was a corner renovated room and not bad, but not nearly as spacious as the previous room. Both rooms had views facing the scenic park and that helped make our stays very satisfying.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience! The room is clean and tidy, well-equipped and the bed is comfortable, making you feel at home. The warm and thoughtful service attitude of the hotel staff left a deep impression on people. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious, which makes people feel satisfied. The hotel is near Taoyuan Station, with a superior location and convenient transportation. There are also many food and shopping options around. In short, this is a very recommended hotel, and I will choose to stay next time

Location is good, there is King Yonghe not far downstairs, there is a convenience store, the front desk is very kind, the breakfast is more western style, not very suitable for your taste, suitable for business trips, the corner of the room pattern is a bit awkward

Eh... 15-20 mins walking from MRT station, should take Uber Foods are good, Nothing surrounding. Shopping mall around 3mins Uber, less than TWD100

the hotel is not visible because it's located at old building in 9th floor. easy to get taxi going to taoyuan airport. near by 7-11 and carrefour. no front desk staff but they can assist you by phone how to use their online check in machine 24/7. room attendant staff is so nice and even late at night she will assist you. easy to communicate, even you can't speak chinese they know how to speak english. cash, credit card or line pay they accept.
