Please don't book this hotel. It's a scam. We paid RM600 but couldn't check in. On the first day when we were almost at the accommodation, they called and told us to request a refund. Once we did, they didn't accept the refund request, and now the money is completely gone. This is truly terrible.

Do NOT stay at this hotel, I repeat, DO NOT stay at this hotel. We booked for two nights. On the first day, we couldn't check in to our booked hotel because it was fully booked. The hotel recommended a new hotel 13 kilometers away, wasting a huge time with hours of traffic. When we arrived at the new hotel, they said we could only stay one night and they would find us a new hotel the next day. The next day, they called to say they had no more rooms available because all their hotels in the chain were fully booked. They told us to find new accommodation ourselves and they would give us a full refund for the remaining balance. This was a complete waste of time and effort. They just made excuses to avoid the problem and ultimately didn't solve it. We had to find new accommodation ourselves, wasting time and not getting a refund for the second night's stay. Terrible service.

The air conditioner is broken and it's very hot. I sleep with the door open at night to let some air-conditioning come in from the living room. In such hot weather, it feels very bad! The check-in experience was very poor, the phone was not answered for a long time and the check-in could not be confirmed!

The location of the room is great, and it's easy to get in and out, but the contact person's reply is too slow, and I'm anxious to wait.
