酒店設施相對陳舊，房間隔音差，晚上能聽到隔壁打呼嚕聲音。與清沐其它酒店比較管理相對落後一些，住店需要先交100元按金，吃個早餐還要先到前台領取約一公分寬四公分長的小紙條，憑紙條用餐。優點是有獨立小院，停車較方便。
