The hotel have different room and private hut in the property.
I had booked the private hut for my family.The room was nice but it had web house in the room and bathroom also.the spider was moving in the bathroom.
We had call the house keeping to provide the toiletries for which was not provided.
If u are pure vegetarian it is warning sigh for u guys.please ask them before eating any of the dishes in the breakfast.
Thier only provide English breakfast.
As veg we consumed bread but unfortunately it contain egg in it which is not mentioned on the food board.
The food is not great in this place.

The worst Experience in my entire Nepal trip. Never thought I would have to face these kind of pathetic experiences at a single property. The food at there restaurant was pathetic & we left the food in middle. The Properties most expensive room didn't had fridge & the manager told me that these room did not entitle a fridge although there was space for fridge. The rooms AC wasn't effective & when it worked water was dripping from the ceiling. Inspite of being a premium property the hotel charges for ice cubes in room. The only saving grace was its location & the night shift guard who was always helpful.

We spent 3 nights here with my friends and i must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is close to lake and I enjoyed myself when i was in hotel. Its was amazing place thats i ever see lovely staff they treat really well like a family member thank you for everything 💗

Super great breakfast that was included in our stay. Right downtown. Staff was absolutely friendly and pool is super clean and refreshing. We booked all of our adventures from the lobby and the desk staff took care of it. 10/10 would recommend

Everything was very good!!😊 The behaviour of all the staff was mind blowing..The view of resort was too osmm I recommend you to must visit the resort If you come to nepal then you should have to come to pokhar for more adventurous rides to give memories!!

Very bad experience ,I recently stayed at and my experience was ruined by the unprofessional and unhelpful staff. The breakfast hours were inconvenient. On weekends, it ended too early, making it difficult for guests who wanted to sleep in a bit. Additionally, if you arrived towards the end of the service, there was hardly any food left, and what was left was not appealing.The staff in the breakfast area were inattentive and unresponsive. When items ran out, it took a long time for them to be replenished, and the staff seemed indifferent to the guests’ needs.

Amazing resort !! Very nice people, the swimming pool is awesome and the kitchen very good very taste!!! After the Annapurna trek its was cool to get relax in such a nice resort like that!!! We really enjoyed our stay !!! Thanks you guys 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Namaste

Amazing restaurant, amazing vibes, amazing food and amazing customer service. Purna Bahadur Gurung was the waiter who served us and he went above and beyond with the customer service! The live music and Lake View Culture was amazing. It really made a massive difference to the atmosphere. I decided to bring my friends from the UK here for our final night in Pokhara and they all loved it too! Will definitely recommend anyone in Pokhara to visit here.

a group of 12 of us came here for our last night in pokhara and it was truly the best laid back but entertaining last night we could ask for !! the live band ‘Alpha’ (Pokhara) were outstanding and it felt as if they were catering to our group (mostly white people hahah), they played classic english rock/pop songs (RHCP, pink floyd etc) which we LOVED !!!! the classic nepali group were really lovely too, to end the night with. the drinks and food were outstanding. i got the cheese board mmmm. highly recommend !!
