Everything was great. Only one thing. I Was not crazy about the lobby doors not needing a key to get in during the night. Anyone can just walk into the building. Which I thought was dangerous especially because there is no one in the lobby working after 11 pm.

My side of hotel faced a car dealership and the bright lights lit up the room even with the shades fully closed. They stayed on all night. room was very quiet beds were comfortable. During the night it got a little cold so i got up and turned on the heat and instantly got a terrible smell which filled the room. If it wasnt 2am i would have asked for another room. The ac worked fine with no smell. Told front desk on check out and they said they would have it checked out.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't like having to take my own trash to the dumpster daily or exchanging towels at the front desk. The beds were very comfortable and the facility was clean.

Roaches everywhere in my room at least 20. I Didn't even stay at that hotel, i had to book with a separate hotel entirely for my vacation. I NEED a refund for the horrible experience.

Assistant manager was rude and showed poor customer service. The room was acceptable but the shower pressure was low and the sink was backed up. Front desk staff said the issue would be addressed after I checked out.

We checked in to the room to find there was no tv remote and so we went to the front desk and the incompetent employee could not locate batteries for the extra remotes she found so we could not use the tv. We got to the room and the air conditioning didn’t work very well we had to set it to 60 in order to cool things off enough where it was comfortable. We tried to close the blinds only to discover they were broken.Overall this has not been a pleasant sta.

I didn’t realize it was an extended stay when I booked a trip. It was like living in an apartment building and a lower rent area.
