We stopped at this hotel on our way to Andorra and it was a find. The rooms are magnificent and if we had time we would have stayed an extra night. The chef in the restaurant looked as if if he had a a three rosette establishment. The preparation was superb and the food historic. His soup de langoustine with rice is a must have.

Reserve a duplex type apartment that entered me wifi and free parking. 1er problem despite having it included free parking did not give me it. I would solve it with the web that booked it and they would return it to me as they told me. But the second was already in the sweat, I arrived in the apartment and the smell is completely unhealthy said finely smell of faecal water , I climbed up the stairs and when I went to the bathroom I saw in the shower a cloak with a clearly suspect and faecal smell substance. I called and came to check it and obviously the smell was very clear, he went out as a soul that carries the devil out and told me they changed my apartment. Insert you that because of my disability with reduced mobility ( I'm going with mule), they could give me one without stairs because it saw in situ that I was almost impossible to lower those stairs, they are unpracticable by narrow and sticky for anyone and I do it They gave you something for which I give you 1 star. They would also have been better if, at first and when I see my circumstances, they were more empathical and human and gave it to me from the first moment (or at least warn me) and avoided the pain I had since then for my great effort to lower them. When I arrived by night and the next day when I left the apartments I thanked to lose that unpleasant smell that was already in the entire building. The area is not very good, not only because of the lack of parking, but if the center WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOT TO MY WORSTE ENEMY. PD the second best apartment in terms of conditions but juste the approved, old showers, towels rash for old and just cleaning .

We have been last weekend with my family in this accommodation that is advertised as an immersive experience in nature with exact words: ”wooden cabins integrated into the forest”... Well, we arrived at night and they offered us to sleep in the part of the vineyards saying that it was much better than the place we had requested, which was in the holm oaks in the central part of the forest, but we trusted what they told us and we agreed, as we arrived at night we could not see that the part of the vineyards was dry and in the morning we were in for a total disappointment and felt cheated. We didn't want to complain at the time because we didn't have the body to argue, in fact I just signed up on TripAdvisor because it's the first time I've written a review. The fact is that the day after my stay I wrote an email explaining the situation and the answer was to say that it is not the season for vineyards and that they offered me 30% on the next reservation, then I had to tell them that it is a place of high cost to knowingly put clients in front of an esplanade of dry earth with sticks and that they had to take responsibility because people seek to see nature... worst of all is not feeling that I have wasted money but that on top of that I feel The manager of the hotel called, upset and very rude instead of knowing how to correct the situation, saying that she is used to working in luxury hotels and rather seemed the opposite, very rude and saying that I had disrespected her for to say that now the esplanade was a place of dry earth with sticks (see the photo for yourselves, it is reality and you have to accept that now it is not pleasant to be there) and he told me that I was doing it because I was looking for my money back, when precisely I could have refused to pay at the time and I didn't want to say anything... it's unfair I spent money on travel, tolls, food and accommodation to go to a place that right now is not in good condition, So, as the director, instead of apologizing **** and assuming her fault, she did nothing but tell me that the problem was me and pretend to be offended, very unprofessional, so I had to tell her that she wouldn't give me my money back. but the least they should have done is let me enjoy the place another time and not have to pay the money again, but with a 30% discount that I thought was laughable. In summary, if they have to go, I suppose it will be worth it if they are not placed where the vineyards are in autumn, I don't know because I couldn't enjoy the experience and of course I won't do it again because I feel cheated and flirted with.
