Remote resort but had everything we needed for a calm and relaxing holiday. Great beach and nice pools. Rooms were big and clean. We also walked to the Tsunami Memorial place just a short walk on the beach to get there. There is a newly opened restaurant called Tid Lom, with local nice cheap food including live music, 5 min walk from the hotel on the main road. (In case you don’t want to pay the high price for the hotel dinner buffet)

This is 2nd time to stay at Le Meridien Khao Lak and always good to be back. Thank you so much to upgrade my room to deluxe room 1215 that is closed to the beach. The room is very tidy and clean. Both Receptionist and Bellman are helpful and friendly. Especially, Khun Ing at The Nest restaurant, she comes to talk and recommends us great foods for dinner. Excellent location, right on the beach. The room was large and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very rich and varied. The pool is beautiful, just off the beach, and there are pool bars and dining facilities. The best green chicken curry in history! We found a few local restaurants nearby - the food was delicious and cheap. There was a local massage shop nearby and we went for a massage every day!! We stayed there for five nights in June, when it was off-season. The weather was good, although it was a little rain in the last few days, it was normal to rain in this season. Close to the local town and market, there is a shuttle bus from the hotel. Overall, we all had a great stay. We will be back.

The location was amazing, almost empty beaches, beautiful ocean, nice stuff always a smile on their faces. Outside the resort you can find really good food. Only minus is breakfast and the food of the restaurants, it is more delicious outside the resort. Not much variety for breakfast, and restaurants for dinner are at restaurant overpriced, you expect more for this price.

Location 10 minutes by car from the center (provided free of charge by the hotel shuttles). The included breakfast is a delight, the choice is varied and fresh. The restaurants are good but expensive. A little disappointed with the Asian restaurant… The swimming pool very well maintained as well as the rooms with jacuzzi. The cleanliness of the beach needs to be reviewed… it’s a shame The service is superb, a luxury and intimate hotel!
