Stayed here in an emergency situation and would only do it because I was traveling alone. I would not spend any time here with family. The hotel and even the room were not clean, the bathtub easily clogged with every shower. The "continental breakfast" is just a waffle maker and some cereal.

I booked a room online. I called before I booked. No one answered the phone. I got to the hotel and a large rugby team was staying at the hotel. Lots of young, noisy kids. I told the person at the front desk I wanted to cancel my room. She refused to cancel my room and tried to charge me for 1 night.

the don’t offer more choices for the breakfast .
Very limited breakfast the just have waffles ! I don’t recommend to book this place with breakfast ! Staff is not friendly !!

It took the room a while to heat up, even with the heat full blast. Poor service when checking out. Woman at front desk was talking politics to a man and she completely ignored me as I was returning key.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. THE SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS. I WAS WITHOUT A TV FORNA WHOLE DAY THEY SWITCHED ME TO 2 DIFFERENT ROOMS AND THOSE DIDNT WORK. I ASKED TO BE COMPENSATED And they didnt do it. The phones barely work. Never again. Even the Maintenance guy said they are the worst .the
Wiring is old and everything. They are too cheap to fix anything.
