Really like this hotel especially the little onsen provided on 2nd floor. Good location and easy check in and check out. Worth to return again. In the middle of all attractions. Visited nagano chrismas market.

We chose this hotel by location first of all, because we arrived around midnight at Nagano station. The hotel is very close to it. There was convenient check-in and check-out automatic system. The facilities of the room were great - private bathroom and a toilet, and also pajamas. The room is very small, but it is totally sufficient for a trip.

On the quiet side of Nagano station. This can be a + or - depending on your preference.
The public bath is quite nice, a nice surprise at this price point.
Strange that the hotel will charge yen 9,000 if you lost the card key. That card cost maybe around yen 10.

The hotel is only 5 mins walk to Nagano station. Room size is a bit small. But this is Japan standard room size, so can’t complain. The hotel has self laundry room and natural onsen as well.
