Great spot for onsen lovers. The hotel has an agreement with another hotel nearby so you can try the other hotel's onsen pools without extra charge.

比較老的溫泉酒店，但是有24小時的質量超棒的天然溫泉還是很不錯的。吃的東西吃到飽要6800有點貴，但是味道很一般，不推薦。酒店門口就是滑雪場很方便。有好有壞吧

我們住的是家庭房，在主樓，見到雪山，出房間拐個彎就到温泉入口。房間很大，暖氣可以，不會特別熱，房間內還有加濕器。
有混泡，可以用酒店提供的毛巾（不需要租，入住的時候就放在房間了），也可以在商店購買，女士1100yen，男士550yen，可重複使用的。對着雪山泡温泉很舒服。
有從輕井澤到酒店的大巴，可以郵件預約，不預約不能上車喔。****************************
酒店前台對面就是滑雪場的入口，租裝備就填一份表格自己在上面選，攜程就可以買纜車票，滑雪的話至少要住兩晚。

雖然離車站有段距離，但散步過去可以欣賞市景也不錯，重點是房間很大，還有一個吧檯，小朋友非常喜歡，都想要多住一晚，早餐也非常可口，附近有麥當勞還有大型超市，想下廚的話房間都有設施，非常適合家庭居住。

家族3名で利用させていただきました。
当日は、道中雨で悪天候でした。
到着後は、目的の標高1800mの温泉にゆっくりつかりながら
疲れた体を癒すことができました。
また、夕食と朝食はバイキング方式でしたが、料理の素材が
地元の嬬恋キャベツ他、新鮮な野菜ですべて美味しくいただき満足しました。
また、是非利用したいと思います。ホテルのスタッフのかたも親切に対応していただきました。
一点、部屋について要望ですが、就寝中に窓から外の風雨の音が聞えて何度か目を覚ました。窓の防音対策をお願いします。お世話になりました。

山の中にあるので交通の便は、よくはありませんが、代わりにとても綺麗な景色が見えます。
又、近くにはお店はないので、事前に買い溜めが必要かなと。

很喜歡這酒店！冬天必住！有雪山景，對住雪山浸琉璜量最重的溫泉，溫泉仲有男女混溶池（女人要在櫃面租借100Yen長毛巾才能進去混溶池浸）。房間也很大，我們住南館面望雪山景，如果本館望滑雪場景，有兩張大床外，還有洗手盤在浴室外我也很喜歡！不過我們最喜歡係房間內有一部加濕機，在冬天時有得令房間冇咁乾！
位置雖然不方便，但對於自駕就很方便，不用另外加錢泊車，但餐廳方面就令住客一定要幫襯酒店餐廳，聽講食物份量很少，所以我們買了自己野食，在房間望住雪景很治癒。
住了一晚，玩了隔離滑雪場，浸了兩次溫泉，很完滿，當日很不捨離開。會再次入住，大推！
