The staff was friendly. The hotel is enjoyable overall. The rooms are getting a little old though.

這次出門到台州，想住開元大酒店（隨着各大酒店的崛起，已經好幾年沒入住過了）到達酒店，遇見點小狀況，得以前台客服迅速解決處理完，非常感謝他們的專業與熱誠。雖然酒店硬件老了點，但其他都不遜色，願，開元越來越好！

不太新的商務酒店給了驚喜的一次入住。前台的姐妹們作為酒店的門面擔當，給客人的第一印象太好了，不是生硬的問候，而是走心的家常聊天拉近客人距離，同時還特別細緻貼心。入住第二天還有五一小遊戲互動，小朋友們就一整個快樂住，作為商務酒店的開元，就很走心了！
晚上還有甜湯送到客房，太快樂啦～其他客房服務也都很快
門口的保安叔叔也很熱情踏實，趕緊就是鄰家大叔般親切。
早餐也還不錯，節假日還提供了當地特色美食～

房間很舒適，環境優美，酒店交通便利，離大潤發不遠。
酒店有游泳池，我們到晚了，沒遊一會兒就回來了。
酒店停車也很方便。
酒店的工作人員服務態度很好，見面都會問好。

住過很多國內外五星酒店，居然台州的這家開元大酒店讓人印象深刻，前台，客房部，門口保安還有游泳池接待，更甚至游泳教練，都非常熱情貼心提供服務和幫助，讓人覺得物超所值，下次再來台州還是會選擇住這裏。

房間有些年頭，整體服務非常好，辦理入住效率高，晚上會送一份甜湯，申請小童拖鞋和牙刷，送的也很快，泳池到晚上9.30才開始清場，住的挺舒服的，會再住。
