酒店地理位置不錯，步行30分鐘內可到達郭二早茶、海陵第一餅、望海樓景區及鳳城河景區。打掃房間的阿姨工作很賣力，有求必應。缺點無窗，通風不暢。收200元按金，動了冷櫃和小餐車裡的食品飲料就從按金里扣除。
