I really like staying at Lavande Hotel. This time I booked Lavande again. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She took the initiative to upgrade our room and gave us a check-in gift, which made us feel very warm. The breakfast service was very good. I was very satisfied with the dining environment and food. I will stay here again next time. !

1. 入住前酒店打電話問是否確定入住，問了要求，説了要無煙房，進門一股煙味，地毯上有被煙燙的多處痕跡。旁邊房間門口標了潔凈客房，不知道為什麼不能處理一下房間。
2. 酒店面前在修地鐵，車子要繞路，火車站走過來地上坑坑窪窪，行李箱也拉壞了。晚上停工，白天六七點就開工了，工地一動樓層地板都顫抖。
3. 早餐品種及其少，吐司居然是含有滿滿添加劑的袋包裝的，從來沒見過。負責簽到的服務員經常不在門口，追着問哪個房間問了兩三次。
4. 前台半夜1點打電話來問是不是要被子，吵醒客人後説大概搞錯了。
5. 新換的浴巾上有大拇指大小的勾破的痕跡，旁邊有2cm不到的血跡。
6. 房間無冰箱，前台無冰箱，需要冷藏的葯品衹能找酒店旁邊的便利店寄放。自然老闆娘臉色極其難看。

三月底出行，選擇這裡是因為隔天一早有個大同一日遊在附近集合。周邊一眾經濟型酒店裡選了這個，因為評分不錯，有親子房。結果，非常失望！！！！
前台衹是告知有早餐，卻忽略了我們説一早就要走，同樣的情況在洛陽，前台會説幫我們準備下麪包和牛奶。雖然不值錢，但是心意很重要。其次，親子房裡不準備小童用品，現場給，而且洗漱用品沒有浴帽，可見節約環保意識很好，但是不夠細緻。最後，最讓人惱火的是隔天房屋打掃太差！我一開門以為沒有客房打掃！！！！除了倒了垃圾桶的垃圾，桌面明顯的垃圾沒收拾，拖鞋不換新能理解，但是也是走的時候啥樣，回來啥樣，這個就很讓人鬱悶了！
雖然是經濟實惠，但是這個價格，我可以連鎖酒店開兩個房間了，而且我們自帶浴巾，沒用你們的，也算給你們省了人力。結果，隔了10來天，想起來依舊很生氣，不會再來！
另外。隔音效果不好，隔壁住户半夜吵架，那是不想吃瓜都難。隔天酒店還突然停電，早餐才一半，這真的是很多不曾遇到的第一次都在這裏體驗了，等我們吃完還沒修好，萬一有人被困電梯咋辦？

房間乾淨衞生，我選的大床房，這個季節入住沒有空調，但也還好，有空氣凈化機，和香薰器，比較安靜，全自動化控制，要東西也是機器人送到門口，可惜本人比較懶，忘拍照了。早餐不錯，中西式都有，麪條口感不錯，這個酒店位置不錯，距離五一廣場，柳巷夜市都很近，打車起步價，騎自行車十來分鐘。這個位置算是市中心了這個價位絕對超值。

良心好酒店，沒入住就先電話問詢對房間有什麼特別需求，到了就給房間免費升了級，寬敞乾淨也很安靜，一個人住那是相當nice。關鍵前台的幾個小姑娘服務意識都很強，一到先給端杯茶，送袋零食，還有個紅包，瞬間還在過年的感覺🤗。飛機延誤，給我延遲退房不説，走的時候還給送了護手霜和指甲刀，我都懷疑酒店給錯價格了，性價比很好，很滿意！離鐘樓街柳巷很近，打車起步價，我自己騎自行車溜達的也就十幾分鍾吧。順便推薦去山西博物院

麗楓酒店（太原五一廣場柳巷店）位於太原市迎澤大街18號，這裏位置很不錯，步行可至太原火車站，非常方便。這是家Ins風酒店。我們來的較晚了，前台接待還是很熱情認真，招呼周道，還給我們升級了房型。房間雖然不大，但還是比較舒服的，乾淨衞生，較為安靜，適合休息。房間的智能化水平還比較高。我們找了客服提了需求。後來還是機器人送過來的，算是小小驚喜吧。
