我堂堂一個鉑金用户經常出差入住各種酒店，體驗了各種酒店，就想問問你們酒店開通了閃住還要再交一百元按金，那請問閃住的意義是什麼？閃住就是免按金的，給信用好的客户提供的，你們還要求交按金！ 枕頭套也沒換上面都淡黃了！設備已經陳舊不堪了，打開電視看最多十分鐘就出現設備過熱即可關機📴！體驗感太差了，對於住客的感覺不好！
