剛入住就發現窗户關不嚴，3月的天氣外邊温度還很低，和前台溝通，前台原話説，本來可以給我換房的，可是都滿了，維修師傅也下班了，讓我湊合一宿，那這房間有這問題你們還要往出預訂嗎，沒辦法，用枕頭擋了一晚上，外面還有施工工地，一晚上吵死了，真是一次糟心的入住，必須給差評！

先説優點，前台服務態度特別好，因為一開始訂的房間一直有噪音，付款了清潔費之後前台幫忙免費升了房，非常感謝！房間內景色絕佳，視野很好。
再説不足，一是設施有點陳舊，浴室地板裂開很大一塊，洗漱台沒有洗手液。二是早餐，花20加的早餐就幾個熱菜和涼拌菜榨菜，聖女果還有好幾個壞的，主食衹有饅頭和花捲，飲品牛奶豆漿和三種粥，7:30-9:00開餐，8:10下去多數菜都沒有了，補菜也不及時，直到離開有好幾個空盤沒見過裏面菜是什麼。

去博物院方便，樓層高，相對安靜，舒適。周邊在修路，出行會有影響。
服務到位，沒有特別驚艷的地方。
整體滿意。
他們家的隔音特別好。如果方便可以考慮他們家。
山西的酒店整體的服務意識都會偏低一些，一路住下來，他們家還算不錯的。

整體不錯，就是衞生間的門設計的太彆扭了，正好擋住面盆。另外隔壁衹要水龍頭一開，房間裏就產生了嗚嗚嗚的聲音。
