怎麼説呢 本來不想寫這次不是很滿意的經歷 心想 算了吧 畢竟他們的服務態度還是可以的 但是讓我實在無法忍受的是最後發生的事情 我在大堂吧點的雞尾酒 付了現金 居然還要等很久來找錢 我要趕飛機 車子已經在外面等我 我衹能錢不要了就匆匆離開了 我簡單説説這次很差的入住體驗
地點偏遠就不説了 新酒店 設施是好的 但是 房間26度的温度 並且極其乾燥 讓人實在無法忍受
晚上要靠開窗才能使温度降下來 導致開了一晚上窗户 早晨起來嗓子極其難受 還打噴嚏 我也是北方人 北方的酒店也不應該是這樣的

第一次入住太原温德姆酒店，酒店是新建的，裏面設施都很新，房間大，舒適，服務員熱情好客，一入住就給我們換了豪華大床房，看到我們在煮茶，還給我們送了兩桶水，這是其他酒店沒有的，早餐也非常豐富，以後去太原還會入住，非常滿意，也感謝酒店服務員的熱情款待！

帶兩個小朋友住，給免費升房了，房間特別寬敞，窗景也很美，前台接待人員，餐廳服務人員等每個工作人員都很熱心周到，服務意識一流！泳池挺乾淨，但是有對外游泳課，可以錯開時間去。有個小公園孩子很喜歡。除了周圍沒有什麼餐廳景點商場等，酒店本身很棒，安靜舒適，值得一住！

進入酒店大堂後就給我耳目一新的感覺，首先映入眼簾的是山亭水榭，山亭是指山間的庭院，水榭意為水中供人休憩的亭台。眼前木質結構造型的是巍巍太行山山脊造型。 大堂上方的掛飾是“東方寶石”朱䴉鳥，此鳥性格温順沉靜，我國民間稱其為“吉祥之鳥”，通頂共 10800隻。造型下面是下沉式休息區，周邊水池環繞，綠樹林立。陽光由玻璃穹頂一瀉而下，形成山水相依的自然景觀。酒店以“龍”、“庭”二字為設計理念，借盤“龍”之勢，取“庭”院之意，這兩種主體元素貫穿整個酒店。健身中心，200 平米的弧形無邊恆温泳池與瀟河會議中心景觀交相呼應，（泳池的平均深度為 1 米 2。長度 22 米寬度為 6米）更衣室內配備有熱帶雨林式花灑淋浴區，沖浪池可以幫助您在游泳健身後迅速使肌肉放鬆下來。還配有小型桑拿房，健身房和泳池設施設備。本次入住體驗感很棒，酒店很新設施完善，尤其是房間很大落地大飄窗特別好看，非常推薦來度假休閑的朋友入住。特別表揚一下賓客服務部的樑進東經理、Emily、George、Wade，Sophia，還有健身房的工作人員。尤其是Wade，小吳他非常熱心熱情耐心專業，帶我轉了一圈講解了酒店的佈置特色，很棒的小夥子！

服務很好，環境也很好，尤其是前台的吳煜東小哥哥，超級有耐心，很細心，我帶着兩個孩子入住，他幫我把東西都送到了房間，二樓中餐廳飯也不錯，酒店泳池也很漂亮，剛開業人不太多，推薦大家來試試

服務💁：全員服務拉滿！這裏要特別感謝張揚小姐姐幫我們提前佈置了房間，還把房型升了兩級！
設施🏊：健身房器械很全，無邊泳池水質很乾凈，更衣室裏麪還有小温泉池子，游完泳淺泡一下很舒服！
早餐🥯 : 中式西式都很精緻，而且每天的菜品都不一樣！
PS：酒店裡還有很多細節設計都挺暖心的，多住幾天就很快體會到其他酒店的差距了🌟
