每年來台東必住的飯店
衛生程度非常優良，ㄧ入飯店能目視服務人員不慌張的掃地與親切問候。
位置對於有開車的人較優離市區約莫12公里左右
服務態度非常良好，交談時有被尊重的感覺。
設施方面除了飯店內有舉辦活動外亦可自費参於飯店內
廣告的活動。
附近有溫泉設備，可走路前往或跟飯店租腳踏車或機車
除了方便也歡境也安靜。收費一般。因此每年會住知本世紀金聯酒店。

整體感覺很好，但是美中不足的是，房間及1樓洗手間的免治馬桶都是故障的。2人入住，給4人雙床山景房很開心，房間很寬廣。

櫃檯人員專業度不足
餐廳服務人員態度厭世
在飯店遇到的員工皆不會打招呼甚至無回應
透過平台訂房之備註，飯店只會說沒收到後也無作為
唯一態度最好的是門口指引停車的人員
選擇特殊紀念節日入住此飯店，得到的是很遺憾的體驗

還沒清理桌子就帶我入座
噁心的桌子請了兩次才幫我清
一堆空盤，不知道要吃什麼….
那個炒蛋…從我進去到出來前
都沒有補過
真的很差
第一次看到這麼爛的自助早餐
晚上要駕車出行
挪車也等了很久
根本人手不夠的狀態
