Very friendly staff and nice clean room. The breakfast service was also great. Really good experience overall and would stay again.

Very good. Very friendly. Nice and clean. Good c/p value. It is our favorite hotel in tainting. We stay in this hotel whenever we visit tainting. No.1 choice.

The hotel has indoor & outdoor parking lots next to the main road, which is convenient for parking. There is a snack bar in the lobby, drinks, coffee, ice cream and biscuits, as well as free bicycles to borrow. The service staff are friendly.

Comes with breakfast and supper, the meals are really delicious, parking is convenient, the room is clean and comfortable, there is a self-service bar in the lobby, biscuits and drinks are hot and cold, and the service is very kind! It is the place I must stay every time I come to Taitung for business.

The meal options for vegetarians are not high, and the toilet flushing on the same day has been malfunctioning. Although the service personnel are asked to repair it, it still malfunctions after use. The advantage is that there is no charge for washing and drying clothes

The room is clean, the bed is good for sleep, the water pressure in the bathroom is adequate, the service staff is kind, the restaurant is well-formed, and the overall feeling is pretty good.

1. Check in時未說明入住相關資訊。 2. 服務人員危機意識不足，且態度與言語輕佻。 3. 相關設施無專人引導說明，房客只能自行摸索。 4. 客房狀況有待加強，漆面明顯落差。 5. 訂房網資訊與入住認知有落差。

飯店服務部分: 人員較冷漠一些，不大會主動問候是否要入住或退房。 設施部分: 從5年前入住至今，(每年約一次到飯店)，體驗到繁盛至今沒有進步且設施裡面的器具慢慢得減少。 餐點:這5年來始終如一。 所以今年的入住體驗，我可能不會再來入住了， 雖然有免費洗衣、腳踏車免費租借、咖啡吧-這些是優點， 但缺點多過優點時..... 謝謝V -HOTEL曾經給我美好的回憶。

本來去了之後想加價升級，客服人員也說還有較好的樓中樓間，卻說是網路訂單沒有辦法，若貴公司未來能增取可以加價升級的話應該更好了!房間是一般的，每一個地方底下，如電視長桌下，椅子下，床邊櫃子下滿滿都是灰塵，好像好久都沒有掃了，晚上一直吸到灰塵。跟去年，前年我們去的同樣這間彷彿變樣，以往的乾淨舒適都不見了，真的可惜!其他吃喝都還算不錯，但基本的整潔乾淨應該有，不然，太噁心了!
