The bed is incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that feel luxurious. The bathroom is spotless and well-appointed with plush towels and premium toiletries. The view from the room is breathtaking, showcasing the city skyline or scenic landscapes, depending on the room's orientation. Additionally, the hotel staff are remarkably attentive and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a fantastic experience that combines comfort, style, and top-notch service.

Although the room is small, it is well-equipped~ The bed and pillows are very good for falling asleep. I really like the atrium square where I wake up in the morning. The green plants planted perfectly combine with the leisurely atmosphere of Taitung~

The sound insulation effect is poor and you can hear the sound of water in the next room and the voices in the corridor, but there are many kinds of meals, you can eat them from check-in to check-out, and the service is courteous. Very friendly and will stay again next time. 

I stayed at this hotel in May 9-10, 2023. It was less than ten minutes' walk from the bus stop where I got off, located at the center of a busy area. Since I booked on line, I didn't have the option of including breakfast, so the stuff told me and offered to get me free coupon for breakfast and also upgraded my room. I arrived while the elevator was being maintained (for abut two hours) and before check in time, but the stuff were super helpful and got a room for me, and carried my luggage upstairs for me. The location is perfect, I could walk to the biggest street market and find lots of restaurants nearby. Even though the hotel is on a busy street, it was pretty quiet inside. My biggest surprise was the breakfast. It was located on the top floor with lots of western and Chinese food selections. The best part of this hotel is the friendliness of the stuff, it made me feel at home. As a solo traveler, being able to chat with friendly stuff is very comforting. They answered all my questions, gave me suggestions, the best stuff in my one month long travel in Taiwan. I will definitely stay there when I visit Taitung again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Tiehua Cultural Village is just downstairs. You don’t have to worry about getting back late after going to the market in the evening. Moreover, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main street. It is very convenient for visiting the city center.

A wonderfully located hotel that has the mountain view as there is no other tall buildings around it. Parking is convenient - just outside the hotel, hotel basement or an open-air parking area opposite the hotel. Room is very spacious and two full sized luggage can be opened comfortably with ample walking space. The toilet is big as well. There is bread and coffee/tea/juice available 24 hour. Instant noodles vending machine is available too. There is no convenience store around the hotel. Wide variety of food is available during breakfast - porridge with condiments, cooked food, toast, fruits, salad etc. Totally enjoyed the view that the room has to offer!

The King size bed and pillows in our room were very comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. The sofa in the room was also very comfortable, and snacks and drinks were provided. It's a pity that the mirror is dirty and the sound insulation is slightly poor. It is better to have the bathtub and shower in the same place, because the two facilities in the room we stayed in were separated, so the floor became very wet. There was no step to isolate the bathroom, and the water on the floor easily overflowed outside the bathroom. What impressed me most was the free handicraft activities for tenants. The handicraft staff were very nice and they had a great time. The finished products were beautiful and a wonderful memory. The board game room and gym were both very good. If I had enough time, I would definitely do it. I want to give it a try. In addition, the breakfast is very delicious. It has a lot of variety, including Chinese and Western styles. Among them, the freshly cooked danzi noodles are delicious! Recommend one! Overall, the CP value of my stay is high and I am very satisfied.

1. Location: This is a weekday trip by train. The location of Qutaoman Hotel - Taitung is really good for tourists who take the train. Passengers who want to go to other places can store their luggage here first. It’s convenient and the return train ride won’t be too stressful. 2. Food: The food (lunch/dinner) part is a little inconvenient (there are only supermarkets and stations nearby). Unless tourists rent a car, it may be more convenient to go to Taitung Transfer Station (the bus does not arrive so quickly every time). And it takes at least half an hour to take the bus to the transfer station), otherwise you have to order delivery yourself (I use delivery); at the lobby counter, you can choose from Starbucks xCHAM CHAM’s basic coffee. 3. In-room supplies: I think it is very good to be able to use cold water bottles and hot water bottles to fill the water dispenser by yourself. In addition to not having the smell of water from plastic bottles, it is also convenient for travelers who are good at drinking water! As for bathroom supplies, toilet rolls and toilet paper are not adequately prepared, and combs, shower caps, and cotton swabs are not provided proactively. Although it is due to the concept of environmental protection, they are not provided in the order. The hotel will not proactively provide these items and needs to provide them itself. I went to the counter several times to ask, and although they all gave me something, I felt it was a bit inconsiderate (after all, it is not polite to ask for items directly, but it is also troublesome for passengers to explain the reason for asking). 4. In-room equipment: generally very good, except for the fact that the pillows are very flat when you lie down on them; in addition to cable TV options, you can also log in to your own YT, Netflix, etc. (just remember to log out after use); plugs The quantity is also sufficient.

The hotel is only 10 minutes away from Taitung Station, which is quiet yet lively. The station has many bus lines to Taitung city center and suburban attractions (Luye, East Rift Valley,...). You can also rent bicycles and electric bicycles. Eat rice dumplings; there are rice fields nearby. The price is reasonable, the greeting is attentive, the room is hygienic, there is a spa (you need to bring swimming trunks), there is a midnight snack at 8:00 pm (millet porridge, lemon aiyu, roselle dew, coffee, milk), breakfast is included (enough for three days to change the taste) : I like soy milk and ghost fish floss).

Very clean homestay, the room is very comfortable! There are microwaves, tea bags and tableware in the public space, which is very convenient! You can also check in by yourself when you arrive late! I just happen to have a room on the third floor, and the stairs have to go to the third floor. It is recommended to contact the hotel early if necessary to request a lower-level room!
