Taitung Z.Hotel

This hotel location is great as it is easy to walk to many attractions. At first sight the hotel looks simple on the outside but the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, giving us tips of places to eat. As we are not from Taiwan and there was no more parking available when we arrived, the reception staff asked us to look for public parking and took care of the parking charges. Once the hotel knew we are celebrating our wedding anniversary, they prepared the room so nicely and even gave us a congratulatory letter with management signatures. We are very grateful for the very warm gestures! We also met the CEO, Mr Tsai who is so friendly and kind to us. Highly recommend for those coming to Taitung city to stay at Z hotel!

I had a wonderful stay: perfect location in the city center, very nice and comfortable room, kind staff. They provided a voucher to have breakfast at the coffeeshop in front, or even bought breakfast for us. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed is super comfy and the triple room is also large enough. The breakfast variety can be improved. However the staff are all very polite and helpful. Very valued for money for the quality of the hotel and service received!

This is my first time to Taitung. Between Hotel Royal Chihpin and Z hotel, I chose Z Hotel due to its strategic location in city centre and close proximity to many eateries, Taitung forest park & Haibin park. To make sure that I get to enjoy the high quality onsen, I took a cab which cost me TWD500 to HRC. The breakfast served at Z Hotel was my favourite among all the hotels which serve buffet breakfast. Oh, did I mention that I got auto upgrade to a spacious, deluxe triple room ? The bed is very comfortable and room is squeakily clean. Though it is facing the main road, I didn’t hear any traffic noise at all !

Amazing, central location. Friendly staff who speak English. The room was spacious and clean. Fantastic place, strongly recommend it.
