佈局高檔，空間很大，床很寬敞，中央空調，房間外景色非常棒。衞生間淋浴馬桶和洗漱均分區，互不影響，高層的水壓很足，空間也足夠寬敞，十分乾淨。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。

環境：從碼頭坐車到站下車，旁邊就有免費車直達酒店門口，非常方便。酒店靠近浴場，步行幾分鐘就能到達，酒店門口有沖洗沙子的水池；
衞生：酒店乾淨整潔，環境舒適，房間活動空間較大，整體感覺不錯。稍微有點問題就是房間有煙味，需開窗換氣。
服務：入住有免費早餐。

太差勁了，環境差、服務差，當初衝著好評排榜去，後面才知道原來所謂的好評都是假的。

晚上會有人敲門問是否需要服務（次數不少於一次，嚴重影響入住好感），然後還會有人拿卡刷門（還好上好了各種鎖，感覺不安全）。
總的來説，不是一次好的入住體驗。

**島最坑酒店，大堂富麗堂皇，房間不堪入目，水壺煮水一股塑膠味，這直接對人體有害，洗臉盤堵，下水道堵，洗澡全部把水都溢出房間，洗手間還有很多少蟲子，找管家不理人，打給大堂經理叫人來看説明天搞，起碼都換個水壺吧，也不換！！！設施陳舊才開幾年的酒店啊，被好評高分騙了

洗手間有頭髮！説酒店有車送去坐大巴（其實衹有幾分鐘）可是衹是讓去外面等！因為天很熱還有兩個孩子！價很高卻沒有早餐！説是可以三人入住卻衹準備兩個人的用品！

竟然安排了一樓地面房間，人來人往看着你睡覺，真是醉了。早餐時，有房客不小心把一盤饅頭倒在地上，工作人員淡定地把饅頭撿起來，放回原位，等待下一批客人來吃！絕對是住過最差的酒店，沒有之一！
