Huangjia Xiyan Hotel

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The surrounding environment is convenient and safe for travel. The front desk lady is polite and professional with a very friendly attitude.

The room smells very bad, like a sewer. After changing rooms, the facilities are not up to par. The charging head in the room is not usable. Although the front desk told me in advance when changing rooms, it is still very inconvenient. The hygiene is as shown in the picture. The toilet door is also broken and cannot be closed.

The room is clean and has no musty smell. Good service. Comfortable stay. There is a restaurant downstairs. Dissatisfied: When I checked into the room of Taishan Huangjia Xiyan Hotel, I saw a lot of plug chargers, suitable for iPhone, Android, and type C sockets. I thought this hotel's convenient service was really thoughtful. When I plugged in the mobile phone charger, it responded and the red light turned on. After charging for a while, I found that the phone was not connected to charge. After a closer look, it turned out that it was not a convenient service, but a charging cable for use (in the customer service!). I immediately called the front desk to ask, and it was confirmed that there was a charge for trying the charging cable. I scolded the hotel owner for being "money-thirsty" and using this weird charging cable in the customer service, which left a very bad impression on the guests!

The room is clean and tidy without any peculiar smell. The service attitude is very good. I will continue to stay there next time I travel.
