The hotel room is clean and makes full use of their layout. Although we booked a smaller room, it still felt incredibly cosy and I am surprised at how they manage to pack so much in the room, including a bath tub! I am also impressed by the diversity of food in their buffet. It's also located strategically in the middle of Xi Men Ding. Overall, good value for money.

Overall really really good experience on this hotel. First of all the location super duper good just 2mins walk from XiMenDing exit 4. (don’t worry cause exit 4 do have escalators) Everyone are encouraged to perform self check-in and don’t worry cause definitely some front office staff will be there to guide you through the whole check-in process. ii requested high floor during my trip booking and the highest floor ii get for this trip on level 15. Room size not bad. The hotel already install international power socket, so no need to worry about it. Definitely will come back again and recommend to everyone who wanted to visit Taiwan and stay in XiMenDing.

It was a great experience! The location is good, near Ximen Station Exit 4,5,6 (Exit 5 is nearest). The Breakfast is okay, finishing time is 09.30 i think it is too soon.

Check in process was horrible, waited till 3pm sharp then they allow to check in, very unpleasant experience for my 1st trip to Taiwan, counter staff service was not up to standard, pillow was very flat, the corridor of the hotel was dirty with stains, room was moldy and dirty, definitely will not advise or recommend families and friends to come to this hotel to stay.

Location is a plus plus for travelers, just a 2min walk to Exit 4 of Ximending Metro. There is 7-11 and Hi Store at ground level of the hotel, Nice room but however the air con is fixed at 24deg c , try to lower the air con but can’t.
Good buffet style breakfast, it can be very crowded during breakfast.
Very easy check in and check out at the self use counter.
