前台服務不錯，但是整個酒店過道一股黴味，房間衞生間的地墊也是黴味。床頭的插座是壞的，怎麼也用不了。房間的椅子臟死了。最最不能接受的是，床單還是臟的，上面還有黃跡。離古城很遠，也不是很方便。

體驗感無敵差，房間的電視壞了沒法看，電話也是壞的，電風吹也是壞的。隔天的早餐。。。慘不忍睹，榨菜和雞蛋最好吃。。。盤子和筷子濕噠噠！！！讓人感覺很不衞生。

裝修時間長，一進房間，一股黴味。我定的是家庭房，跟網上的照片完全不是一回事，純粹就是大床房加個小床而已，房間很暗，燈都開不了，後來換了一間，空間稍微大一點點點，廁所門後還掛着一條用過的浴巾，也不想去反映了，其他還是一樣，不像家庭房！
