The room was clean. It would have been better if there was a refrigerator.

The electric lock is a bit complicated to operate. The cable TV Ambo box signal is unstable, and watching live broadcasts/videos is interrupted from time to time. Overall, it's a disappointment: 1. The facilities and services are very poor. The shower rack broke the next day. I could only hold the shower in my hand for the next few days. I hoped that the staff would come to repair it, but they were refused or perfunctory. The handle for changing the water was broken again on the third day. I could only use the shower to wash my hands. I asked the staff twice before they agreed to fix it, but they never came. 2. Poor hygiene, almost every seam of the toilet is covered with mold. 3. The bedding, pillows and bed are really cheap and uncomfortable. 4. Even if the bathroom does not have wet and dry separation, the angle of the shower head is also very tricky. It feels like standing in the sink to take a shower. 5. There are no additional services, and the staff are very impatient when calling to ask questions. 6. Door locks often have problems, etc. There is no worthwhile reason anyway.

Because the last check-in time is 9:00 p.m., I contacted the hotel staff to inform that I might check in after the time, only to find out that I did not receive the code for the door of the accommodation. This kind of accommodation experience felt very inconvenient, and I was also worried about whether I could check in! Good insurance customer service is very quick to respond! The location of the accommodation is in an alley (dead alley) and the lights are dim! The location of the room is just on the first floor, and there is a motorcycle parking space outside the window, which is very noisy! The paint on the walls of the room is peeling off! I don't feel comfortable living here!

There was rubbish left by the previous tenant in the room. The floor had a scratchy feeling. The bed frame was very difficult to sleep on. The slightest movement of the bed frame was like an earthquake. Moreover, the sheets were constantly electrostatic. When I was lying on the bed, my boyfriend and I kept electrocuting each other🙃There was a gap in the bathroom door and the shower head was not close. The door is very close and water will spray out (the door cannot be locked or sealed). The pillows are hard and high, the bed is too soft, and the towels are not clean. The magnetic induction electronic lock provided by the B&B could not be unlocked, and the electronic lock continued to make noise. There was no way to contact the landlord. It was a terrible accommodation experience. The only thing worth mentioning is that there is a large refrigerator in the common area. (Not in the room)
